I love how she held her baby close to her and tried to comfort him. Poor little baby! It would be so scary to someone so little who doesn't understand what's happening.

like wat u said...your teacher and parents keep u away from disaster..right..!?wat else theyed done to protect you?i mean they say something or what you need to do on that time..?!hope you read my comment and question and i hope you replied too..
Always brings tears to our eyes hearing the childrens' cries and watching the mothers protecting them. Love to Japan for having to go through this event. The losses you suffered would have been so much worse elsewhere. You are to be admired for your planning and resilience ... ♥️🙏♥️
Everyone went outside once the shaking had stopped. However, the airport staff informed people in advance of the possibility of a tsunami. After everyone returned to the building, the tsunami came.I respect them for fulfilling their duties in an absolutely frightening situation.
Eso es verdad 👍, un aplauso 👏 para las personas que construyeron ese aeropuerto.

Super major props to the engineers who made those buildings. This was a striking video, to have to go through the quake only for a tsunami to roll in later must have been one of the most trying ordeals for anyone caught in the chaos. A good lesson for folks on the west coast near the Cascadia fault line in the USA. If you're not prepared like they were in Japan, you're in for a rude awakening.

All the bridges, and offramps and buildings in Vancouver have been reinforced, Seattle too. With the exception of old brick buildings. They put huge bushings along the Granville Bridge and other bridges. New condos are also earthquake "resistant".
Wow. The people who designed that airport are incredible. The strength and duration of that earthquake was insane. And the building looks like it suffered no damage besides a couple of plates of food and a book case.
This is the first video of the earthquake that I've seen that truly shows how long the shaking lasted. It's incredible that the structures withstood it. I can't even imagine the trauma of going through all that followed by the sight of the tsunami coming. It would have felt like the end of the world had come.
That is the most horrifying earthquake footage I’ve ever seen. Seeing the parents huddling completely over their kids to protect them really hit me with the way it shows how serious the situation was.

The Japanese people are very brave, calm, and respectful of each other. We have so much to learn from them.

Most terrifying to me was the excerpt showing the people outside the terminal building immediately after the quake. An area soon to be inundated in just a few minutes.

Not brave parents. Brave mothers! The father was just sitting and filming! How about hovering over your wife and child?
