Although 1800 is better. I still play 1701 because of the soundtrack

This shows how pieceful and soothing or felicitously ambient the Anno series soundtracks are. I only had 1503 (until I made it unplayable, though, that's another story) but it was a good game (although hard for me when I played it as small child). I'm sure, game soundtracks from Anno 1503 and The Settlers 2 would have a nostalgic touch when listening to them after all the years :) .

MrFlauxhol Very disappointed about the new game. I wish that it would stop going into the future.

joietyfull64 I've played ANNO since I was 3, when my dad introduced it to me. It has *literally* shaped my life, it got me into everything I'm into nowadays, such as History, Geography, Urban Development, and possibly being a politician. Almost 100% of everything I love comes from ANNO. I remember playing as "Kody The Hun" My dad would make me a game and call it that because I always declare war on everything. Even to this day, I can remember back when I was 3-7, and I would attack the Eskimos in the North with Archers. LOL. I also remember how Red or Yellow would always settle on the North bit of my Island, so I would take that and then Invade them. Then I started playing 1701 in 2006. When I was 5. This turned out to also be tied with 1503 as my favorite. I have always been friends with Agatha Von Thielen. Always really nice to me. I always war "Hendrik Jorgensen" He's also a member of the continuous ANNO series family. I never really got into 2070. I also really like 1404. I just am getting upset that ANNO is dipping into the future.

kody miller Wow, that's nice when a video game awakens new interests of onself (my main interest in informatics began with video games too but are now concerned more with reality). However, one thing we should remember, politics in real life is no game ;) . Generally, PC and video games' attractiveness is the might and power they gave to the player but this concept doesn't work in reality. Though, I guess Anno has given you a good asset of your life. ;)

joietyfull64 I know it hasn't got anything to do with the video game. I'm just saying that it has inspired me to do something like that in my time. Try to make a name for myself or the community that I am a part of or helping.
