Annoying slow driver, followed by illegal u-turn.

I caught up to a sloth on a one lane divided road going about 10 miles under the speed limit, then i encounter another stupid driver making an illegal u-turn. I somehow expected her to do something this stupid and reacted accordingly. I also somehow refrained from honking, but i gave a wtf look to this bitch. Of course, the look on her face leads me to believe that she thinks she has done nothing wrong .
