Anoje and Thalia Itutor Group Interview

Thanks for the video. I had interview last Sunday and was asked about my experiences and then told to show a demo on the first part of the material (calling mom and dad). I was praised all over the interview for demonstrating good performance and showing good experience. I should mention that I used props and was ready for the second and third parts of the demo (Stand up/Sit down and Cellphone), however, the interviewer didn't ask me to go there which made me think that maybe the first part was enough for him. After again telling me that my performance and answers were good for hiring and I was recognized as passed for him, he asked me to wait so that the recruitment supervisor make the decision and send me email. Since I was very happy, I was waiting impatiently for two days to receive a short message that said I was not chosen. I hope there was any explanation along with that message. I don't know if there was any shortcoming, why I was told otherwise all the time during the interview. I wish they could tell me what were my flaws or tipping points that pushed them to the other side so that I can work on them.

I looked at some of your interviews and wish you were my interviewer.😊 Just a quick question. How does the interviewees interact with you during the teaching sessions? Does the interviewees use the manycam that you have or do they interact with their own? Hope that make sense. I have an upcoming interview. Thanks
