Hi Anoma My son always requests me to make this dish as he had eaten this in Malaysia. I can make it now and am wondering whether I could use some normal lime or lemon leaves instead of Kaffir lime leaves. Will the flavour differ?

Looks delicious. Anxious to make this curry. Can't we add the lime leaves available here in Sri Lanka?

Good one Anoma. I didn't know that slow cookers were available in Sri Lanka. An improvise induction cooker will have the slow cooker mode. Temperature has to be between 115°C to 120°C when slow cooking which is bit difficult to maintain in a gas stove. Dish of course mouth watering. Regards Bernard
