Not at all. Fatalistic suicide deals with regulations. There is no breakdown there but extreme imposition of rules and regulations. Like used to happen in slavery.

But mam payment toh bank ko krna tha jinke strict rules and regulations hote h ki farmers time pe paise return kre to ye strict rules fatalistic me nahi ayege kya mam.
