I believe the US along with Mexico is trying to wait out those 30 days so the trial can be held here. One of the lawyers or someone said earlier that if the killers were detained in the US for 30 days, DJ could make the decision of where she wants to be tried. I think Mexico would rather it be tried here too. Iit would be much easier on the Robinsons to attend. But whether they are tried here or there let it happen. Although Mexico would really make them think about what they did. But for the parents & family sake, the trial should be here. After the trial they could send their butts to Russia if they want to. Upon further investigation tonight I did confirm that Alysse Michelle Hyatt, age 27, is a Certified Nurses Assistant (CNA). When i pulled her initial background check a few weeks back it was and still is very vague. Highly unusual to be that vague even though one expects a brief history for someone in their early to mid 20's. CNA's are required to renew their licenses every 2 years in the State of North Carolina or they cannot perform in that capacity. The only way to confirm that she is still working actively as a CNA is to have the last 4 digits of her Social Security number and contacting the North Carolina Dept. of Health and Human Services Registry Verification page on line. CNA's in North Carolina are CPR Certified amongst other trainings. This tells me that once she realized Shanquella went into Cardiac Arrest she was qualified to try and resuscitate her but NOT legally required to do so outside of her place of employment. That, of course, would've been a moral requirement. By now we know the Doctor, more than likely, lied about Shanquella being alive when she arrived which means that Alysse was the ONLY person medically that would know when Shanquella actually took her last breath and died. Knowing that information has got to be eating Alysse up inside but remember she has the traits of a Narcissist so she can't empathize or feel what you and i would under those circumstances. Hence, the reason why she can continue working at her job. She has NO since of regret or remorse for anything like the rest of those pack of wolves AKA the Cabo 6 GANG, as i call them. Since the ambulance had not been called until sometime lateron that would leave Alysse to probably be the most qualified to assist the Doctor with CPR upon request, if Shanquella was still alive. I think i remember reading that the Doctor alleges she had someone to assist her. It all doesn't add up to be frank which further confirms that there was a lot of lying going on that day during Shanquella's crisis. It was stated somewhere that one of the Cabo6 asked the Doctor to bring an IV. The only person that would've that insight would've been Alysse. However, she is NOT allowed to due anything that is invasive to the body including an IV and knows that only a Doctor or an RN could do so. Why would she ask for a Doctor to bring an IV unless it was to perpetuate the lies OR could it be that she noticed that Shanquella was still alive, barely breathing and dehydrated when the Doctor was called. It was stated that it took the Doctor sometime to get there. In a Medical setting (Hospital, Medical Facility) if a CNA notices that a patient has stopped breathing they are allowed to call a "Code Blue" and commence CPR until other Medical personnel arrive. I never had direct patient care but rather was a Human Resources Recruiter who hired Hospital Staff several years ago up to including being a back-up RN Recruiter. As well, I worked as an Employee/Labor Relations Specialist when I graduated from college in 1983 where I counseled Hospital Management Staff on disciplining Hospital Employees at all levels up to and including termination. Additionally, I listened to grievances and investigated them at the first level (some staff were unionized), as well as came up with their final dispositions. Just a brief background only to let you know my thought pattern process and why it is the way it is to be frank. IMPORTANT!!! Lastly, Alysse oldest sister's name is Andrea Lorraine King-Hyatt and her Linked IN background check states that she is a longterm Police Officer who has worked throughout various Police Depts. in North Carolina. She started working at the Greensboro, NC Police Department in 2011. She also was a drill Sargent in the Military. How much you want to bet that Alysse may have called her Police Officer sister from Cabo to ask for Law Enforcement advice and she told her to keep her mouth shut, as well as secure an Attorney when she returns to the USA. Remember that it was stated one of the Cabo6 Gang called back to the USA to ask someone for Medical advise. We can all guess whom they probably was I'm certain. Perhaps that person was the one who told them to allege Alcohol poisoning and may have even told them not to allow Shanquella to be transported to a Hospital under any circumstances especially if they told that individual about the beating. Remember that Alysse other sister was murdered at approximately 1 a.m. on the same date that she departed for Cabo which tells us she had time to back out of the trip. Who does that kind of thing knowing your sister was MURDERED? Again, lack of empathy is one of the traits of a Narcissist. If she didn't care about her sister being murdered enough to cancel her trip we know she could've cared less than Shanquella died at the hands of one of her own Cabo6 Gang. That is another reason why she could continue to work, as if everything was normal. She is ARROGANT and thinks she's above the law at this point. That's also why she jumped into her Mercedes Sports Car and took off (wonder how she can afford it when the average CNA salary in the State of North Carolina is $32,861? Keeping it real i couldn't afford one until my 60th birthday when i brought it for my birthday gift to me. Oh well, i guess that's none of my business but i'm just saying -LOL!!! This is a great video! As a paralegal student and going in depth to cases there is definitely a process… and sometimes it’s lengthy unfortunately. The video only shows 1 snippet of what happened but there’s still the speculations of the phone calls and the money wire fraud basically, they have to make sure they have to get all that approved by a judge to obtain all that information once they even prove who each person is and how they played a part. They have to have the whole story before and arrest can be made that’s how they create leverage to turn in the rest. Then because the calls are made internationally that’s a whole other ball park in obtaining the evidence. Now considering the girl works in health care and they convict her that license is gone because she has a duty as a health care worker. But as far as thé case it takes so much to actually get the arrested due to the fact of they didn’t catch them directly in the act they went home. With no answers left behind other than the alleged alcohol poisoning Mexico is going to do something because everyone around the world is threatening to boycott travel Mexico if they don’t. Mexico wants their billion in travel money. Sadly it’s about the money more than justice but I’m sure one of the 2 countries is gonna make an example out of them. My guess is Mexico.

The authorities are not looking for them. Only one warrant was filed from Mexico. The investigative reporter and papers stated that this person is in federal custody awaiting extradition, which can take months or longer. And the U.S. has the right to refuse to extradite.

Mom is entirely too calm from day one, I've seen her up in front of the cameras with no emotions. In my opinion, Alysee Hyatt isn't saying anything because her family is connected. I believe she played a major part in Shanquella Robinson murder. Her parents are ministers, and they haven't offered any condolences to Shanquella Robinson Family. What kind of Christians are they? I question their morality? The authorities have to collect ALL the evidence before bringing them in for questioning! Gathering evidence takes time. They have to get warrants to search their phones, their social media, get evidence from Mexico, and so on. If the FBI brought them in without all the evidence, what questions would they be able to ask? If the FBI is armed with more information through evidence gathering, then they would be able to ask them more questions and they will know whether they are lying or not! Justice takes time, and people are not patient! BE PATIENT!

I"m glad that you're talking about it and keeping it fresh in the minds of people, who will initially be outraged at hearing about something like this happening, but as time passes will move on to the next injustice. It is the responsibility of us all to do everything we can to keep her name in the public domain and keep the pressure on the authorities to stay on top of this case and not allow it to go cold without justice for Shanquella and her family. Not everyone has a huge audience, however, we can all do our part (no matter how small). Make sure that we keep talking about the case on social media using hashtags with her name, anything that we can think of to keep this case going in the right direction and not allowing it to lose any of the steam that is gained along the way. When I tell you this case disturbs my soul!!!!! What hurts me the most is the fact that Shanquella endured such pain!!! Her last hours of death, she was literally in the company of DEMONS!!!!! I hate to say it but I’m 23 and shit like recording a fight and fighting is normal. I hate it, I think it’s cruel. My first and only fight was getting jumped by 3 girls because I was in the wrong place at the wrong time and one of the girls boyfriend recorded it. This is normal for kids now a days and it’s been like that for years. They probably just didn’t think she would die. But this is way to close to home for me and that’s scary. 😢 I’m a very peaceful person so it breaks my heart that this is what entertains people. I know that it's been going on for some time because I broke up several girl fights where friends or even family of at least one of the girls was present. Once I was heavily criticized and even threatening for suggesting that we break up a girifight where one young girl straddled another with ground and pound like ufc fighters.
