Another Banger from Vaxee - Vaxee E1 (early impressions)

I recorded this video before the unveiling by Vaxee to see how close I was to accurate. I think we got close especially with the changes between this and the outset. Just so you all know the mouse rocks a 3950 sensor. The mouse is also more so a modification from the legendary EC2. Love to see it, this means we may see the continuation of the outset as well as the E1 in a separate ergo category. Both mice are legendary. One other thing I forgot to note, the usb c port at the front has been changed a bit and the cable near the usb c no longer has the flair design. It’s more standard now. Hope everyone enjoys this one

Also, I believe lift off can also be changed through mouse click combos. But the L M H on the bottom actually refers to click debounce.

I have only a ergo mouse and it is Sword X and for me it is exactly the shape I want. My nitpick would probably my pinky finger feels awkward like it rests inwards to mouse that sometimes it is noticeable. Other than that, it is great. I would like to try other ergo mouse in the future. Great vid always, man! keep it up

does thumb placement feel just as curved as AX? I kind of wished the thumb placement area was a bit flatter. Since for whatever reason for flicks/clicks, I tend to placement thumb towards the back of the mouse for a wider feel as the thumb area under the buttons make me feel like it's going inside the mouse

@@Frostfirerotation I think if someone likes magnesium it’s a contender. For me I ended up placing it under my hyperspeed and Logitech dex and I would probably choose those over it as well. More shape preference based than anything however

This looks like it is the actual successor to the EC2. Looking at Vaxee's website, they're all but saying this is the next gen EC2, created by the original designer of the EC2. From Vaxee's website: "Up until now, all VAXEE mouse designs have been led by our CEO, Xanver. The first mouse Xanver was involved in developing was an assymetrical ergonomic model released in 2010, in collaboration with a legendary CS star...As gaming and usage habits have evolved, Xanver used the original shape as the foundation.."

@@FreshReviewsYT oh woops, completely missed that. I've mained the Zowie EC2 for years and have been unhappy with all attempted clones. I've tried the Pulsar Xlite v2 and v3, Glorious Model D, Vaxee outset/np01/np01-s, steelseries prime, lamzu thorn, pwnage ultra custom ergo, and a few more that I'm probably forgetting. All the clones come close, but even a few millimeters difference in shape makes a huge difference to in-hand feeling. None of them have been able to replicate the combination of locked-in secureness + ability to quickly microadjust that the EC2 has. Knowing that the E1 comes from the guy who was literally part of the original EC2 design team makes me very excited to try this out.

@@FreshReviewsYT yep ive been peeping mems iems as i have a hard of hearing mom and mems seems very promising for that her use case in hearing aids, but i think there was only one mems iem before that was custom order or something for a lot of money, the new moondrops is a mems + planar and its alot more affordable in comparison and it seems like it a precent decent iem from what some reviewers were saying at the SIAS conference in the Gizaudio video.
