Oh wow John! I never expected this! Sorry to see the Springer go! It is Primo. I will be surprised if it does not have a new home by now. I have always thought that you have organized your garage well. We love hanging out in ours too. It's the best part of the house! Knocking down that wall will make your garage space more open. This is going to be exciting to watch. 😊

I really like how you have the Super Bike & the Performance Bagger, which are still two different types of riding at the end of the day. Selling the Springer b/c of the riding position is 100% relatable. It's inline with the decision not to have super loud exhausts on the Bagger for long/extended road trips. It's not something younger riders or riders who don't do long distances would understand. At a certain age you really need to be sitting on top of the bike, so your lower back & spine don't absorb so much of the impact. Thanks for breaking down what's happening, & I look forward to the Garage Demo/Build Series.

I'm also looking forward to the process and the finished product. It'll be cool to follow along during the winter!

Looking forward to the new garage upgrades John! I totally agree that the garage is where we all spend most of the time working on something or just looking at the bikes.

FANTASTIC NEWS! What an opportunity this company has presented. I look forward to the renovation. I know you will have a stellar studio when it's all said and done. I'd love to own that beautiful springer but my stable is already full. Lol. This series of videos promises to be interesting for sure. Way to go, brother. I'm rootin fer ya!

Appreciate that! I’m excited about the studio too.

John don't get rid of the springer, you can ride just as fast on that as you can on the road glide, get rid of the crotch rocket if you must get rid of a bike. You and Cam can cruise together with them. I still ride my heritage the same way as my SG, and my Softail is a 94 Evo. Don't get rid of it
@jaycosta7204Ай бұрын
Awesome video John as always 🇺🇸💯🤘🏻!! Can't wait to see the renovation of the garage. Whoever purchases the Springer , is going to be getting one hell of a bike. Definitely going to be taking pointers from you on the garage renovation 💯. Keep up the great work brother 🤘🏻💯

You are right. We moved into our house in 1977 and It has a detached 24 / 30 garage. My wife laughed at me and said you are more excited about the garage than you are the house. And she was right.

I’m so looking forward to this garage build series John, I just started my KZbin channel and I’m I’m looking to set up my garage to be able to create content there too (it is a mess right now 😂) I’ll be getting a lot from these videos. Thank you for sharing this adventure with us!!

Good idea John looking forward to the building prices videos. I agree 100% that definitely can never have enough garage and clutter is no good… we all need a garage like flyn ride. It’s an amazing garage. I could live there 😂

It's definitely getting cramped in there, in a good way, that's a problem we all wish we had lol, can't wait to see the end results, I thought you would add on to the garage but understand the hassles, funny once you sell the springer what is Sandy going to do with his new Red soft tail, he's riding alone now, too funny, lol, best of luck with the new build ✌️

Great video, one thing you're a young guy and still have all your original body parts haha. If you're still riding in another 15 or 20 years you will want the forward mounts. After hips and knees are replaced you will be stretched out like a barcalounger. Haha keep making videos

Hey John, Neil here I’m up in Maine, been watching your videos for awhile now, I’m surprised you’re selling the springer! Wish I had the cash on hand she’s nice! I want a springer on my 85 iron head !!! I would love to see your garage reno! Actually I been wondering when that would happen lol!! I’m a carpenter/ Harley rider lol! Love your videos man I’ll keep watching! Love your builds from silver back, to mad max to black jack! Plus the sport bikes love it all John!!! Maybe one day I’ll meet you at one of your meet and greets

You can never have too much garage space! I’ve got a 3 car garage and wish I had more. You just about need double of what you think you need, just like a master bathroom or kitchen. I had a couple of bikes for a 10 year period but sold my “hot rod Dyna” cause it wasn’t getting ridden enough. My performance bagger is just too damn good to not ride. Can’t wait to see that finished garage!

100% agree on forward controls I must have similar back issues as you and forwards make me slouch more and my back hates it, mid controls keep me more up right and my back feels a lot better in that position.

I really enjoy your channel. I’m bummed about you selling the Springer though. You inspired me to purchase an ‘08 CVO Springer. I was hoping to follow that part of your journey….
@kennethstanton9532Ай бұрын
So you and Sandy have the same problem with back issues. Trust I can relate.
@robertmartin9061Ай бұрын
Space is always the problem. Try managing 10 bikes plus tools in a two bay garage ..lol. that's why I am looking at a much bigger space myself. I am planning building a 26 by 40 in the spring. I'm in the planning stages. I will tell you now it doesn't matter how much room you have it is never enough. Good luck on your re design. I am sure it will look super.

A garage rebuild is a cool idea and I'd like to see the progress videos. If I had to guess the overall dimensions (knocking down the office wall) of the garage its approx. 10'X20'. What is the dimensions of the garage? My buddy did a garage rebuild but he also extended the length of the garage towards the driveway and gained about 10' in length.

Take the forward controls off of that springer, convert it to mids,and put a woods cam in that twin cam !!!

I’m opposite to you. I rather have forward control with extended reach handle bar with an extended seat. I sat on the 2024 and with Harley’s extended seat my hips hurt. My knees were too high on the gas tank. I don’t know how Tall can handle long distance riding on the hog.
