Funny story, my bissell stop sucking water like over a month ago. I watched every youtube videos, but yours bc I feel like yours video is too long and too much information. I tried everything, like other youtubers said, however nothing works. Im about to trash it, so I decided to google how to fix it 1 last time b4 shell out the money for a new one. I finally sit and actually paid attention to everything you taught. My bissell pass all 3 suction test, turn out I just need to unscrew the foot nozzle and clean it with hot water. I almost throw away a perfectly working machine because of my impatience. Im sorry, and thank you very, very, oh so very much from the bottom of my heart. ❤❤❤

Hello! I am glad I found your video. I had suction problems and watched your video; I learned that I had forgotten to put my filter in! LOL Simple but unfortunately, I had already steamed my rug with lots of solution and so it didn't pick up as much dirty water as there really was.

I also have the x7 (model 3011) and cannot figure out how to test suction.

Ours was not picking up good and gradually got worse until it won’t pick up anything. I haven’t taken it apart to check the hose and can’t tell that the plastic part on the bottom is broken anywhere. It did have tons of hair wrapped around the little metal part at the end of the brush holder and I cleaned it.

I live in Arizona, otherwise yours would be my go to shop! My question/problem is, only about .25 of the water applied gets sucked into the dirty water reservoir. I vacuum before using the crosswave. I clean it after using. I've only used it twice and am a bit frustrated with the low suction. Do you have ideas for how to increase it? I've checked your suggestions and it is working. Just seems like there isnt enough power to get the water into the tank. I have the bisell crosswave max cordless. Thanks in advance!

Have you worked on a crosswave pet pro??? Mine is not spraying water. I’ve tried to clean the holes out. Not sure if it’s the motor

The note spray diagnostic has a few steps. You first wanna make sure that the tank is releasing water your handle could be an issue the trigger your pump can be an issue and the Jets on the floor can be an issue. I wish it was a simpler.

I used this to get into my Bissell and troubleshoot the issue, but the bearing has hair in it and won't come out. I managed to pick enough hair out to get it moving again though

A bad roller brush could be the cause of the machine turning off. I tried everything but then noticed a post that suggested it could be a faulty brush. I did just change mine out and I checked it and that is the issue. I switched it out for another one and it works like a champ. I bought them off of Amazon and I guess one of the brushes was faulty. So yes try that first before tearing down the machine.

I did the tissue test and it's not sucking up the tissue by the motor. It does blow the tissue on the sides. How do I fix it? It's been spraying water, but not sucking it up.

try contacting Bissell customer service and check on your warranty- It may be the best route.

They don’t sell that hose only the seal- one option may be to see if somebody on eBay may be selling off pieces of their crosswave- ultimately you would have to be okay with a used part- if you don’t have any luck finding check back with me through my channel page and I’ll see if I can find a used one for you

I’m having an issue where there’s a seal break at the top of the dirty tank. I used your tissue test. I bought used and am having the hardest time fixing this thing. It has low suction. Any tips or tricks. My next step is customizing a gasket at the bottom of the tank.
