Wow, that's a super nice service they have in Bottega! Did you had quality issues in other stores and if so, did they solve anything? Asking cause i have issues with Loro Piana at the moment and not sure what to expect, as it's over few weeks already and no response yet.. To bad Bottega Veneta doesn't have classic clothes. Pretty much a struggle with luxury for a guy who prefers simple style clothes. 😂

Try Brunello Cucinelli, in Berlin they always have great customer service in my opinion 😁 They even send birthday cards on your birthday lol

My eyebrows are not normal yet 🥲 I’ve gotten laser 3x and am starting acid removal in September… just thankful that they’re really easy to cover with a bit of concealer. Thank you you’re too kind 🥰

Oh wow, do you craft the jewelry yourself or is it commissioning a design?

I sketch the designs, make the CAD and source the stones but for the actual crafting I have an amazing lapidary & goldsmith who I work with ☺️

The red one is the mini size, I previously had the teal one which is the candy size! It’s been reviewed in a previous video ☺️
