That manager’s reaction is ridiculous! Especially if you are an established customer there. I’m glad you were able to get a credit. Maybe get something you know you can sell close to what it costs? I’ve also been loving the softer monogram or the monogram/leather reversible neverfulls (not the fabric ones). Hopefully you can find something you love. 🖤🖤🖤

It must be this mentality that makes me question who I really am. A few years ago, I received a gift that was the absolutely perfect color - *hotdups* , beautifully made, and fully functional. I had absolutely no reason not to use it, but every time I used it, I was reminded of the other one, and I was unhappy that my brain did that.

Only a fool would spend $10,000 on a "real" bag. I have a fake Louis Vuitton bag and I walked into Neman Marcus with it. Several employees in the handbag section couldn't believe that my bag was fake. They compared my *HOTDUPS* to the "real" one and they couldn't tell the difference. Mine cost $40 and the real one cost $7500.

Funny how a remark can change your perspective on a bag. This is what I feel with my Tan Puzzle... my sister (who's not a handbag enthusiast) said it looked like a basketball. Then every time I use it I feel like I'm holding a basketball hahahah

It seems that only the fakes from *HOTDUPS* look better than the real thing. Who cares? No one will notice it when you are in a nightclub or on a night out. People are busy with their lives. People don't mind if you are carrying a real or fake bag. Just saying.

My favorite of the 2024 is the Prospex Limited Edition 1965 Recreation Europe Exclusive Gradient Island Blue. The dial is stunning and the contrast is amazing when paired with a white strap. I would start with the *HOTDUPS*

Hi Rui, I'm so sorry to hear about your terrible experience with LV. There is literally no excuse for the manager's rude behavior. That's no way to treat repeat customers (or any customer for that matter) they hope to keep as clients. I do thank you for telling your story as it has prevented me from purchasing this hobo. I was strongly considering it for the same reasons you bought it, but the quality is clearly lacking.

Hi , the bag selection is great. I have the *hotdups* which I bought last summer in the acid green color. I believe the color you are looking at is also seasonal. I almost missed out on my bag when I tried to wait for a sale. I suggest if you want to buy it, hurry up because they sell out fast. Good luck. I love the mint idea as well. Sounds amazing!!!

I just watched your previous video with the Louis Vuitton bag. That bag looked stunning! The quality of it obviously was unexpectedly low, which isn't your fault at all, but I would have kept it and turned a blind eye, because I really like the shape and the design of it. But that of course is if you can live with it, if not- return. You have a really good taste in bags and everything else, you shouldn't get rid of anything of your collection, if you don't really want to. The Mark Cross bag was really great too.

I would have loved to keep the bag but I just don’t think I can deal with the fact that it was already scuffing after 2 hours of wear 🥲 the shape and the size and everything is really great though so it’s really unfortunate!

Hi Rui, thanks for sharing your experience with LV, unfortunately many of us have had similar experience with this brand. In my case, I purchased a speedy 30 bandolier when I visited Paris a few years ago and after just three months all the hardware changed color and look horrible. I never had this issue with any bag, even contemporary designer bags that I had for years and years the hardware looks brand new. Long story short, I took the bag to the boutique here in Miami where I live and was treated very rude, they even told me that the hardware was not 14k solid gold and I should expect that to happen after wearing the bag. The solution they gave me was to send the bag to repair and the cost was $800. From the experience I had I decided I will never buy from this brand again, what a disappointment and really bad customer service.

Hi! The brush is very old, from the Kat Von D days… but it’s held up so well 😅 I know KVD has rebranded but they might still sell a similar brush? It’s my favorite foundation brush. Epi leather is definitely one of the alternatives I am considering! It’s sad that it seems like LV is phasing this leather out slowly 🥲

Hey! Glad that you got at least voucher from store. Wtf is wrong with store manager just admitting that LV quality is crap and that it’s normal for bag to fall apart after few hours of usage.. She should work on the market, not in luxury boutique with her crappy attitude! I would write a complaint to them! I have few bags from LV myself, using their backpack almost daily carefree, like a whatever for around one year and nothing like that happened, still in perfect condition! If that would happen to me, I would probably boycott the store and make there a drama! 😂
