such a refreshing change from the usual over the top, bubbly beauty channels. it's almost weird seeing a youtuber act like a real life person lmao

I think people like these ( at least I do) because if you've emptied a product, you've definitely used it up enough to form a good opinion on it. And thank you for posting! I'm converting all my products in my home to cruelty free and your videos have helped a lot in finding trustworthy products.

I just want to say that you are my favorite youtuber!!! I think you are so adorable and just love your personality and style!!! you seem like such a strong women and truely give me inspiration. I have wanted yo go cruelty free for quite some time now and through your recommendations I have found it so helpful and fairly easy to switch brands. I'm still looking for a dupe for the Mac paint pot and would love to hear your suggestion for an alternative eye primer. I am also interested in purchasing a bomber jacket but would love a vegan option instead of leather.

This is a great concept. As others have said, it's nice to see what is tried & true to you...& we trust your judgment. I'm happy to see that there are better options for self tanning. I haven't used them in years but may have a need to & plan to share with those I know that still do. Always enjoy the education. Kind thanks 🙏

I never fake tanned in my life, but I always liked the way it looks on others. I want to try, but... Well, question, does it "cover" stretch marks? Or only the healthy skin tans, and the stretched bits stay white and become more visible?

Greetings from London!!! I've recently bought the facial cream with vitamin C from Jäson. Have you tried it? Do you like this brand? Love your videos, Rhian! Very inspiring 💋🙏🏽💋

Hello London! I've not tried that, how do you like it? x
@fernandalupo86297 жыл бұрын
I love Jäson! Love their body wash too ❤️ the vitamin C cream is quite light in texture but I feel it works better at night - if the weather is too hot it can get a bit sticky (it was 35C last week!). It's a thin travel size bottle with a pump, which I much prefer rather than sticking your finger in the bottle. I've just started using it and already like it. Muah 💋💋

Hi Rhian first off love you so much and all your videos and IG posts! Question regarding the toothpaste, I'm trying a couple that are vegan/cruelty free but I don't feel like they've helped with freshness and breath. Do you think the David's toothpaste is comparable to something like crest or Colgate (which is the freshness I like)? I've used Tom's of Maine and Hello brand xo

At first thank you for your answer Rhian. Later today i had try to purchase 2 items for petit vour and i want to mail them for a free shipping (their site metioned ) but i could not find their mail and when i did i can not mail them for a reason. Maybe i will try another time. I want to purchase the toothpaste you suggest and a 100% pure eye cream...

Do you use or know of any vegan/cruelty free hair removal wax? Thanks! 😊
@zimm22957 жыл бұрын
Katelyn Schill It's not technically a wax, but sugaring (with vegan sugar) is a great vegan option, and it's easy to make the mixture and do it yourself at home :)
@katelynarbogast01137 жыл бұрын
Zim M do you have a specific recipe you have used that has actually worked? I've heard of that and considered it but I have no idea if it actually works or not 😊

I have been wanting to try that hydrogen peroxide mouthwash. How did it taste to you and was it minty enough?
@rhianhy7 жыл бұрын
I can't really describe the taste but i wouldn't say its really minty at all, no. Someone did suggest putting a few drops of spearmint essential oil in but i haven't tried that yet!

You might consider a Methyl B. They are easier for your body to absorb. Jarrow makes a Methyl B-12 that is Vegan. :-)

You mentioned going to the dentist, and I've been wondering about that since I've gone vegan 4 months ago. Do most vegans get dental cleanings or just checkups? I know any dentist where I live in WI suburbs will not have vegan/cruelty free toothpastes. What do you do? Or anyone else who happens to see this.
@alondramarure657 жыл бұрын
Amanda Kutka target has the Toms brand soo soo good
@rhianhy7 жыл бұрын
I'm not sure what most vegans do but i go for cleanings and get check ups at the same time if needed, schedule-wise. As far as i'm aware theres not a specific cruelty free polish (the gritty stuff they use after a cleaning) but any dental stuff i use at home is vegan and cruelty free.

Rhian and everyone: Have any of yall ever tried shaving your whole face to exfoliate it??? It is the only thing I have ever found that makes a difference on my horrible angst-y german forhead wrinkle and MAN does it make a difference, I end up looking like a whole different girl...but everyone that I mention it to is immediately like "*GASP* YOU SHAVE WHAT?!?!" is it really that weird?
@rhianhy7 жыл бұрын
I'm intrigued 🤔
@Savage22887 жыл бұрын
So, I was reading like a year ago about "dermaplaning" which is a fancy spa exfoliation procedure where they take a scalpel and basically scrape your whole face to exfoliate it and people were going crazy about how innovative it was and I was like "um...isnt that shaving? I thought we werent supposed to do that to our faces because we are women..." So I kept digging and researching because I have no life and I finally found a forum where a couple of dermatologists were talking about how you can do the exact same thing with a single blade disposable razor (like the yellow BIC ones) and then I found a bunch of stuff about how they have whole spas devoted to full body shaving in asian countries and its no big deal to them. So i tried it. And immediately took like 5 years off my face (ok...im being a bit dramatic...but only a bit) my skin was way prettier than it had been since I was a teen. So now I just shave my whole face like once a week (sometimes more if I have a mind to) and it doesnt cause my sensitive skin any problems, the hair doesnt grow in any differently than before, and I just use a lather of Pacifica gentle cleanser or whatever other cleanser I want. Ive used oil or moisturizer before in a pinch but a lather of cleanser works best for me.

(oh my grief I'm sorry that was so verbose) But when I try to suggest it to other women they think I'm crazy.
