Another First Time Ride! | Amity East, Lester River Trail | Lester Park | Duluth, MN

Today I'm in Lester Park riding more trails for the first time! Amity East is a flow trail that cuts down the wooded hillside along Amity Creek. This is a smooth, fast trail with a few jump features to keep it interesting! The Lester River Trail is an easy climb back up to the top of the hill.

Lester park is a beautiful area. Although I didn't bike it i did manage to golf a couple of rounds up there.

rob, Where is Hawk Ridge located?

East Duluth. It runs between Lester Park on the east, and Amity St on the west. Most of it parallels East Skyline Parkway. If you’re riding it out and back a good spot to park is in Lester Park, where you’d take Lester River Trail up and connect to Hawk Ridge. Or, Snively Trail Parking at the nexus of the Snively Trail and East Skyline Parkway is right at the eastern point of Hawk Ridge.
