Hi Gibby 3340 if you have time, i have a question on oscilloscopes as I want to buy one. I am looking at Hantek 1008C or 6074BE, also Pico 2204A or 2205A. Just wondering in your opinion which one would be the better, as I don't want to buy one and then go sh## I should have paid a bit more and got that other one. You know how it goes LOL. Cheers

@rsbharley4766 Pico manufacture a fantastic product. You really can’t go far wrong with anything from them. My experience has been that Hantek is hit and miss. Although I owe them a debt of gratitude, as I learned a great deal on my 1008. Their new TO1000 series is absolute rubbish IMO. The 2 Hantek models you mentioned are really quite dated now. If you’re new to scopes consider the Fnirsi DSO 152. It’s beer money cheap and if you blow it up while learning…no biggie. Quite a few videos on the channel about it if you’re interested. 🍀🍻

Hi Dave. Geared toward level 4 technicians the introduction states. (British/Euro standard of some sort? Means nothing to me). Topics are discussed at a concept level not super detailed. Some interesting stuff on valve control, active suspension, Stability systems. Some duplication of the “Scope” book but I think even you could get something out of it Dave. Cheers Pal

JL's Auto Solution I bought some of Concepcion’s stuff ohhhh quite a few years back. It was at the time online subscription material. Not long after the site when dark.???? Who know?

Ian Kelly Well then I look forward to that Ian. With all the priorities in life it’s tough to find time for KZbin. I enjoy doing videos as I find the production side interesting. The fact it costs almost nothing (no fancy gear at all) is a bonus. I have no delusions of fame... just a bit of fun. Your home life sounds challenging and busy Ian. Keep your time management priorities straight and don’t take it too serious. Just be yourself... KZbin needs more Ian Kelly not another clone of some of the big numbers channels.
