I bought two howas this summer. Pulled of the barrels and replaced them with aftermarket barrels. Was averaging 2-4 moa with both. Gunsmith said a fair number of them have the barrel shot out in 300-400 rounds. Cheaper to rebarrel then to keep load testing

Strange that... I've sold hundreds and only had one or two that have been fussy
