I just love watching their faces when they open the boxes. How many children these days would be this appreciative of used clothes that are still in such good shape and not a thing wrong with it, I love it. It just warms my heart to see them appreciate every good thing so much. They have their priorities straight and it's so lovely to see. These are the first kids I've seen in a long time that are not spoiled or entitled, and I just pray they get all the things they dream of. They are humble and beautiful at heart and, deserve it.

You know, I don't recall ever pointing this out on a video, but before we open a box that someone sent from their home address, we look at how much it cost the person to actually mail the package to us. I can tell you that postage isn't cheap!! For instance, for one box of Goodwill clothing that was sent to us, the postage was over $50! So, Mrs. Claudia's family may have sent us clothing that they were going to donate, but they spent a lot of money getting that clothing to our family and that is super humbling to think that they would do that for us. We do talk to the children about how families are using their hard-earned money to bless us and that it's a really big deal. I think it's good for them to know that presents don't just magically show up and fall into our laps. The givers are working hard and making sacrifices in other areas of their finances in order to bless us. 💕

I’m sooo happy for your family! I’m in Florida, and I’m in my late 50’s. I experienced a major life change last year when my marriage of 30 years ended. Since then, I have bought off grid property and I’m trying to develop a homestead. My days are long and sometimes filled with worries about my future. I turn to UTube for my entertainment and inspiration. Finding your family, along with the other friends that I follow helps me find a few minutes of rest from my daily struggles. Gwen, you and I have some things in common. Im in my late 40s, but I’m also divorced. My baby (18 years old) still lives at home with me. My goal is to have a homestead. I’m also in Florida, but in the south, so I’m looking to get a place with some land in northern Florida, or even Missouri, Arkansas, ?? I don’t have money so I have to wait until I sell the house, which I can’t do right now because I’m in so much pain (back and muscle issues). So I feel like I’m stuck. Yes, the zip ties go with the chicken tractor and I sent the tripod, it will also work well when you and sarah are cooking!. I also sent the napkins, utensils, cups, bowls and plates and a $100 gift card to WMart to help with the food, I know how much it costs to throw a party like this even if it's just for 50 people. I also sent the planting trays, planting cups and the potting mix! I hope there are more planting cups in another package, I sent 120 and that didn't look anywhere near that many. It was really awesome that so many shelving units were sent by supporters, they are going to look fantastic all lined up in the new green house! Just a heads up the reviews on the greenhouse said to bury the bottom rail in the ground for extra sturdiness during windy days. Gotta fill that new greenhouse up. I just can't wait to see it all set up and filled with everything!! I do love your family, would love to be an honorary Aunt! LOL Wow! That was so awesome of Claudia to send all those clothes to your family! Thank You Claudia from me too, it was great to see the happiness on everyone's faces! It was nice to see how excited Andrew was about his watch and David about his game! Rebekah was sooo cute with the watch! Anna was soo delightful when she got the cross! Don't wait so long for the next unboxing video...We Love Them!!

Well I totally enjoyed watching your family open the gifts. They are so sweet. Each gift was wonderful in its own way. Nice! 👍 I'm thrilled to know that your kids are going to be taking a Sign Language class! I took many Sign Language classes and I absolutely loved them! One thing they'll need to learn is to watch their facial expressions or if there's a deaf person, they can be misunderstood, the person might think that they're swearing at them or scowling at them. I learned this in my classes and amongst the Deaf Community. I embarrassed myself on a few occasions. 😊 Good luck with their lessons!

Summer is coming here to a end in northwest Ohio .Garden is almost done .Putting all the canning stuff away for the season .The leaves are changing farmers will be taking off crops here soon. Finally able to turn the AC off. had to have it worked on a week ago .Cost a arm and leg to get it fixed .But it is part of are heat pump to so had to do it.
