I’ve had LC since late 2020. Never seems to go away. Hang in there.

I get it, we’re all trying to pace ourselves in our recovery but at the same time the bar keeps moving with how much we can tolerate so it makes it really difficult or almost impossible to properly pace ourselves. Knowing the bar is moving though it is apparent it’s getting better.

Yeah it seems that you really have to progress in such a small amount each day and be incredibly conscious of just how much you have. It is way easier to bounce back after a year of recovering which is positive.

Perfect, you rested well through a relapse! Well done 👍. As soon as I feel it coming, I rest and it goes quicker. Keep up the resting, even when feeling better 🙌.

I also had a relapse two days ago. I had been feeling great for the two days prior but I, too, was overactive and symptoms came back on the third day. However, the symptoms were much less. I had no hot/cold flashes. The headache was not painful; only pressure, which anti histamines took care of. The fatigue was not as totally disabling as it has been in the past. So!! Another disappointing relapse!! I have been using the Royal Rife Frequencies and having good results from the wide variety of conditions they address. For example, the one for Sinuses really helped clear the head pressure so I only had to take an anti histamine once.Have a look at them! They are on KZbin and they are FREE. I found many other non Long Covid related conditions that I could use such as one for Floaters & Threadworms in the Eye & Nose, which eliminated most of my floaters after only two uses. Best of luck, all!! Remember to pace yourself and don't overdo on those days when you are feeling good!!! Love from California!!!

Thanks for the info, very good to know. I have more recent videos where i've been living symptom free for a good few months, unfortunately i overdid it recently and set myself back a bit.. Working my way back again currently

Hey Harvey, what you suffer from is dis-regulated nerve system where the sympathetic nerve system is being interrupted by the parasympathetic nerve system. I do hot-cold therapies every day, sauna and cold plunges. It does not work, this is not efficient enough. There are vagus nerve stimulation devices which might help. I'll be ordering one soon. You have to understand that every change, weather change, hormonal change, stress change causes your nerve system to respond and the dis-regulation causes every now and then fibro symptoms, neuropathy symptoms, pots symptoms and more. A device might help, also maybe there is some thiamine deficiency which should be addressed with Benfotamin or TTFD.

Thank you so much for this video. You mentioning what you do for your long covid was very helpful, like the low histamine eating, which I never heard of and your other suggestions. Please Continue to let us know if there are any other remedies that help you.

Remember sunlight, exercise. B vitamins for neuropathy. C foods for skervy. Long covid related to night histamine and night gut health. Also look into benefits of zinc."coldease "

Oh sorry I just remembered another thing. I had a daily probiotic to heal my gut over 6 weeks, yakult. Every day on an empty stomach. I was diagnosed with possible IBS after covid but it’s virtually all sorted itself out from this probiotic. They are saying gut is a probable cause of long covid.

I’m 7 weeks post covid and pretty well over mine, now, so I’m sorry to hear about this but I reckon you’ll be over it if it’s shorter times to get better after relapses, if that makes sense. I had the worse issues with GI, dizziness, fatigue, brain fog, head pressure, tired, heart flutters and sometimes palpitations with chest pain and SOB. I rested a lot, when I felt energy, I’d be outside in the sunshine doing a light bit of cycling on the exercise bike for a short minute. Then lay back down. I tried low histamine for like 2 weeks then went back to fairly normal food. I made sure I ate a banana and a mandarin everyday. Lots of water an an electrolyte drink. Vitamins were vitamin d, zinc, omega 3 for brain fog, vitamin c and b1 - thiamine (I believe this was EXTREMELY important. B1 can be absolutely zapped to shit after this and it helps fatigue and things. Have you tried an infrared sauna? I did one, and felt a bit better for a bit, going to try another soon. I don’t think I did anything else to report… but if you don’t take b1, definitely grab some. Take care. ♥️
@harveydann70152 жыл бұрын
Glad you're over it. Sounds like you did all the right stuff and managed to dodge a bullet. I've not tried IR sauna but did got a place recently that had one. Trying to stop running around looking for an answer as I do believe it lies in rest, the more the merrier.

I have rested so much since 2020. Thought I was getting better. Was the best I had been from February till May this year then got poorly again or had a major crash either or but I’m still very limited even after months of rest. Mine is breathlessness, chest pain etc. I can’t walk much but I’m so done with resting it’s really getting me down. Like seriously. I’m constantly on the verge of tears I just want to continue with my life. Not be lonely at home everyday wasting away, trying to do breathing exercises all day. It’s like I have no purpose anymore and just have memories of better times and a daughter that can barely recall me ever being well enough to have fun days out or go on holiday. How do you keep upbeat?
@harveydann70152 жыл бұрын
I would say do everything you possibly can to get yourself back to that good point again. Cut way way way down on screen time, meditate, keep up the breathwork, cold water, eat super clean. And once you get back to that point make sure you do not go overboard and burn yourself out. I did that multiple times and it sucks the absolute life out of you and seems harder to get back there everytime you crash. You got there before so no doubt you can get there again. Im almost better and have just posted a new vid about it so check it out as it may help. There's got to be something you're doing that's keeping you from improving. Could even be your mindset of feeling like you're never going to get better. You definitely will if you tell yourself you will.
