I finally after two years of suffering decided to give the whole “nervous system dysregulation” a shot. Learned about Polyvagul theory etc and made it my goal to keep myself on a parasympathetic state as much as possible. I’ve been doing great after a few months. Lots of cold showers, meditation, prayer, shrooms, shakti mat, stretching, massages, journaling etc. Thanks for sharing.

I got reinfected 3 weeks ago too. Depression is def a symptom! Also lack of appetite, tinnitus… be careful these next weeks, you are more sensitive to PEM than usual. I’m talking from experience. And fasting seems to be really good! Unless you have dysautonomia. Hope you get well soon!

Well done with the 24 hour fast, that's amazing. I started fasting since you mentioned it in your video, last summer. It has definitely helped me, so thank you for your advice. Apparently reservatrol induces autophagy. I've never tried it but I think it's quite cheap. Hope you start to feel better soon.

@@lando2755 No I don't suffer from LC as such, but after going through two Covid infections and finding i had great difficulty fighting off even "normal colds" i started on extra drops of Vit D + K2. It helps a whole lot with brain-fog, my energy levels, sleep and rest in general. For sure do IF, meditation, walks, yoga, healthy diet, etc. It takes a lot of love and patience to even get to my old level of fitness, if ever again. No jabs by the way. Wishing you all the best.

In same boat bro chest sinus tinnitus. Back busted with being in bed again. I stopped cold showers too that helped. The thing that has helped me is cannabis both the thc and the cbd. So will start that again after this virus shifts two weeks and counting. The thc gets me up so I could swim and the cbd let's me rest. It does mess with my head but it's better than being in bed!
