Hi Zen, decided to write it here for you, for the algorithms. So after speaking yerstsday to Begode about the Begode Blitz, they say that it will have same battery as master 2400wh 134v, similar, size, body shape, but the weight will be around 37kg, which is less than the master, but how crucial it is, is for you to decide. Main feature and power difference will come from tile motor, same as on et max, where magnets are not straight, but bent, and this gives more power. How much more, we will have to see. PS. After riding et max i can say two things - suspension is really great, big leap for Begode in this department. The extra weight is really not felt. The feeling and usability doesn't seem much different from Lynx, so if it is more powerful, i think it might be still more interesting for races than Blitz. Just my two cents. If it's 10kg less than the master it will be less than 37kg. Just weighed my master v4, which has the Clark fairing system, pads and a shinko244 and it's 42.3kg Looking at a few places the initial advertised weight of the master was 37 kg. But maybe that was V1 with plastic battery boxes ? If it really is 10kg lighter a 27-33kg wheel with the specs of the master could be a big deal

I don't think it will be 10kg less, maybe 3-4kg less, there is no way to reduce weight so significantly without sacrifising anything. 37kg is what Begode told me in person yesterday

Ecodrift had the plastic boxed OG Master at 36.2 or 36.4kg. from memory. I guess the curved magnets allow reducing the air gap to the stator. But if they don't change the stator diametre then it will increase. So it depends if they do it right.

Zen your totally right about rider mass and how these newer wheels are bringing in an era where bigger riders can compete. Up until now guys like Chooch have had a distinct advantage, and going into the future we may see bigger guys make it competitive by utilizing these larger EUC.

@@ZenLee Hi Zen!!!!😉👍 I tested your video with a little headphone: * When you speaks, it is louder in the left side, and soft in right side. * But when Psyco speaks, his voice is louder on the right hand side. So, for me, that's not a real problem. If your where speaking more all the two, conversation would be easier to follow like that. Sure, when you speak, sound is less loud for one side..... Not a real problem when I watch your video on my phone without headphone. 😉👍👍👍👌 In all case, really happy to hear and see you, and Psyco, as always. I am just late with your previous videos!!! @@ZenLee Watching from my laptop while connected through bluetooth to my full sized hi fi stereo set in the living room cranked it's fine bro!!! 👌LOL Probably not the best use case for most as a guide but I can say the sound is pretty nicely balanced throughout this video and your music cuts are also nicely balanced to the speech parts as well. Some people never get that right and they blast the music and the vocal parts are barely audible. Great balanced sound in this vid like a pro as far as I can say dude. I haven't really noticed anything bad about any of your past vids I have watched either. Even the voice overs when your commenting over races is evenly balanced well with the video sound overall. Not being able to hear talking then getting blasted by music or other loud content in a vid is a pet peev of mine so I would let you know.

I concur on many of these opinions, thank you for your insight. But if I had to bulk up just to keep up I'd be out. Im the same weight class and I believe one day we will have a truly light weight race horse with the way the trends are heading. Our weight class is by far the most common for this sport imo. Fyi, I am 155-160lbs.

You say you only want to train for 12 laps. But you should really train for more as long as battery permits, get your body used to 14/15 laps so when it comes down to the race, on that last lap you have more to give. Not to mention the circuits you're training on could have quicker lap times, so training more laps could compensate that for longer circuits.

If you train for 12 laps similar to what I’ve seen for running it would look something like: once a week push hard 8 laps. Do 12 laps for a practice run once a week. Do 3 days a week of 16 laps to increase endurance at a moderate pace. Would prob have the rest days the day before the 8 lap day and the day before the practice race day.

Aren't EUC racers of the future going to have to train in the gym to have the necessary endurance for EUC racing? At some point just riding a lot is not going to cut it.

If there were to be a video game that features EUCs, I think the shoulder buttons should represent your feet. Where the triggers (L2, R2) are like your toes and the bumpers (L1,R1) would be your heels. You would be able to steer with the analog stick but you have to master your footwork to race at higher level.

It's a tough question for me to answer. It's not the best for protection, in a high speed wreck, but has held up fine in all my crashes, as I've rarely hit my head. Also can be hard to get visors for it, like 80 euro to ship one here to Spain

It's not that I'm against them, its that the value prop isn't there for me. My issue with music wheels is in a group trail ride realistically only 1 maybe 2 ppl can play something, the speakers are never better then a dedicated one, you are sacrificing build quality (extreme and s19) and racing weight (they should make it quick connect like v14 battery), and if I'm by myself its easier just having helmet music/communications. All that said, I still love the unique sounds of the v11/v12.

yeah about the movies, how is hollywood not going to try and portray EUC but with the badguys riding them and being blown away by Tom Cruise e.t.c. ..need to teach these hollywood celebrities on these things so they show the good guys riding them lol ;) but more seriously we need a EUC Community Interest Alliance, some body that can criticize wrong or complement correct portrayal of EUC riders in the movies/episodes/commercials/news e.t.c. and also push to influence EUC friendly regulations from state and federal governments, maybe organize more events that sponsor some charity's e.t.c. give off some good vibes for the public opinion. Im often mentioning the importance of being good ambassadors for this technology, and commending riders I see doing good deeds for the whole :) ..but there is another side aswell :/

I dont think you can really build a lynx killer because it's the only wheel that is an ACTUAL Allrounder, so no matter what they make better it will make something else worse like weight, or range, stability...

Handgrinding has no place on an EUC, its not a motorbike where you can gauge how far you can still lean into the corner while touching the track with your knees. It even puts you in wierd positions riding, i saw the race he did this in, this is just for show and some sparks in the dark but doesnt bring a benefit for racing. There is even an argument to make to keep your arms pointing the direction you want to go for extra stability and better accelleration etc.

You need to learn English a bit better mate , esstatic , momentumum and oosupering are not words , ecstatic, momentum and usurping are . 10 K G as you say it , is 10 kilograms or just over 18 lbs ( in archaic freedom units ,which you don't call L B s , there are 454g in 1 freedom unit ) . And why do you think rear suspension is somehow different to hydraulic suspension when most rear suspensions are indeed hydraulic coilovers . You were right when you said you could be wrong. You certainly are , you don't have a clue ! Maybe that's why Begode doesn't want your expert opinion on their gear as your honest opinion doesn't come from knowledge , apart from riding it . I like watching your race videos apart from your 3rd person commentary , but your technical knowledge is non-existent .
