I remember this story at the time it first came out. He DID request it, but the police REFUSED to administer one, and he had to take them to court over failure to accept exculpatory evidence. The trial has been pushed back, again and again, and is NOW set for later this year.

This should have never been prosecuted. Simple police work would find the teenager’s story made no sense. Why didn’t she tell the flight attendants or other passengers. Even without the sexual aspect this would be like someone, spitting, barfing or peeing next to you. Obviously a person would be disgusted and immediately complain at which point the flight attendants would confront the passenger and save any evidence if there was a crime. Also there would be videos and photos of people yelling at the guy.

I'm sorry, I failed to see the frustration of Acting U.S. Attorney. Was he sad that the doctor was found not guilty because he is or that the trial did not give him a victory? The doctor should sue not just the family, so no college fund for you, young lady. Let's be real that money would have been wasted on social studies or some humanity degree. But sue the hospital if they fire him without cause or the outcome of the trial. Either way, I hope this encourages men to fight for their innocence when it comes to these attention seeking nut jobs. Also, the accuser should be held in contempt for lying under oath and the Acting U.S. Attorney a verbal lashing for draging an innocent man's name through the mud.

Yes they have separate charges for a lot of crimes on aircraft. Otherwise, how do you assign a jurisdiction in which to charge someone accused of a crime in the air? The airport where the flight originated? The airport where the aircraft landed? The state, county or city over which the aircraft was flying when the crime allegedly occurred? What if the aircraft was in international airspace and/or over international waters?

False accusers should be forced by the court to pay a minimum of 5 years, and ideally 10 years, worth of lost, or potentially lost, job wages that the rate of what the accused was earning at the time of the accusation (and if they are currently between jobs, $30 over the minimum wage). The place of work should also be forced to pay at the amount of if the person had worked until retirement, if they fire the person before the court decides theyre guilty. It is fast getting to the point that when a man is falsely accused, he'll be in a better position if he goes to court because of the accuser suddently getting minecraft'd.

Not guilty should de facto mean they falsely accused you. There are a _few_ cases where it's kind of blurry and you can't really _prove_ he did it with just enough maybes to not be able to prove that the accusation was false, but in modern times, this is rarely true. There's either mountains of evidence including video evidence, or there isn't. Same with rico, "civil asset forfeiture", and every other law. Society needs to take serious allegations seriously.

Men… We need to start using this privilege culture to our advantage or things like this will continue, the 2 privilege cards we can use are the “gay” card and the “trans” card IMHO the trans card would be the best one to use, as we have seen you don’t need to make any effort to prove “Transness” and even being asked to prove you are is often seen as “Transphobic”, the saying once went “be the bigger man” but seeing as victim culture reigns supreme now it would seem we need to “be the bigger victim”, while i doubt this will teach women to improve themselves it will either force the trans-privilege to topple or make these kinds of accusations much harder to get away with (seeing as how the powers that be have zero motivation to stop false accusations), sometimes things break so much that the easiest way to fix them is to break them fully then rebuild it stronger.
