Duff, was the star as usual. The deer and Duff must have practiced forever to get the choreography so precise. The behind the scenes of Duff coaching the dear must be awesome. Well considering my wife has basically taken my MD logo Mortske Repair next level t-shirt as her own, I supposably might could have to get another one real soon...we married guys can't have nice things or the wife'll take 'em. This is why I keep driving that 30 year old Lincoln with one window that works and no heat and the door panel hanging off the inside of the door and the radio that only works in cold weather if you hit it five times and you gotta hit it once after every pothole or it'll stop working and the power seat that's stuck all the way down and back so short people can't drive it. It's so bad she won't even ride in it in warm weather. That's a keeper! The wife...not the car...well yeah I guess the car too...

Your dog duff is as nuts as my Britney barny was. I’d take barny out to a friends farm to run. He had cows, horses, and other mixed livestock. Barny many times ended up behind a cow or horse in a chase. Britney’s are cool dogs, barny has passed away now but watching you and duff sure brings back special memories. Thanks

Mortske, The "topper" on the square body you showed us just before 17 minutes into the video is a 1973-79 Ford deluxe (factory) cap. It may be the original to the 1976 1/2 ton. People that like that series of Ford pickups love those caps (toppers). When I bought mine new for my 1977 F-100,it was $660.....45+ years ago.

Ah, the good old Astro Vans. I had one and loved it. My neighbor was a high school auto mechanic teacher. He took an Astro Van and put a beefed up 454 in it. It fit but had to delete the AC but when you are doing wheelies down the drag strip who needs AC? I was sitting in my living room the first time I saw it out of my front picture window. He came down my street doing a wheelie and I thought I must be losing my mind An Astro doing wheelies. When I heard him rumble it into his shop I went over and found out how it did wheelies. It was one bad mama jamma!

In Saskatchewan, people keep telling me winter isn't so bad. You just have to put more clothes on. By the time I get enough clothes on to stay warm, I can't move. Yep, batteries hate the cold. I had one that worked fine until it got cold and the camera would shut down in about two minutes. Even car batteries can be revived by taking them out of the car and putting them in a sink of warm water. They take a charge better when warm as well as release energy much better when warm. More than once when I didn't have cables or a boost vehicle handy I put my battery in warm water and it started like the middle of summer when it warmed up.

Man, that is "Colder than a Well Digger's Arse" weather ... I like to "Visit" Snow, not live in it. Little tech tip from over here in the Alps on low temps and diesels ... it's called "Waxing" ... cheap trick is to throw about 5% Gasoline in your tank and she'll run just fine. Loved the "Guard Deer" footage ... even if Duff was going "WTF?". LOL

Duff dog shocked the day doing his deer stalking reveal until the tables turned and the deer chased him , very playful animals . I'm with you on dragging those pickup box trailer's home, I had a buddy that did scrapping, he screwed up & told me he had a old International rear axle & springs that he was taking to the scrap yard after work, I paid him scrap price, that was 26 years ago, I still have it, I've had people beg me for the rear axle cover, it has the three diamonds & International across the back cover....you never know, I may need it!!
