Kibada is new residence area, its planned with everything, come few years maybe three years after the whole area is built, government planned everything my friend there are roads, public areas etc so yes Dar is beautiful no matter what people try to put it down

Let Kenyans flex living in some flats apartments and estate houses built by companies or one person with the same building design. Meanwhile in Tanzania 🇹🇿 we build our own house and Mansions with the design we prefer. And leave flats for visitors.

I'm Tanzanian, I think we should move to the next step and stop comparing ourselves with Kenya. We need to aspire for more, may be we should take China as a benchmark. Europe and America do not count anymore, the future is in Africa, the example is in Asia.

There are free economic zones. Like Fumba Town in Zanzibar, Nungwi Zanzibar , Paje Zanzibar Chukwani Zanzibar and some areas in Dar es Salaam. Other areas you must have a Tanzanian partner.
