I only ever played this on the Super Nintendo, but I couldn’t agree more. It totally changed the way I viewed storytelling and video games. It’s such a phenomenal piece of interactive history. I hope it continues to enthrall new gamers for a long time!

This one is a stone cold classic, despite its shortcomings. And all it needed was an A500 with 512k memory. It's also only 1.5MB in size and comes on just two 3.5" floppy disks! Theres also a hidden death sequence. If you stand still for 1 minute after picking up your gun when you break out of the cage, a little flying robot will come and zap you! 😂

Incredible game! Great storytelling, and plenty of re-play value. One of my personal favourite Amiga titles.

Delphine were incredible, I had this on the Amiga and Flashback on the SNES! Hard games but so rewarding. I think they did Cruise For a Corpse too, loved that also.

Delphine released Cruise For A Corpse the same year as Another World, a few months before.

The market was crowded with fantastic new Amiga releases before Christmas 1991. But this one kind of stole the show. Instant classic.

This is most likely too far fetched, but it surely reminds me of theme in Half Life 1 and visiting the Xen, where aliens had enslaved each other.

This game is due for a remastering...
@gamingcrazy70138 күн бұрын
It got a remaster on PC back in 2006 with some new audio and backgrounds. All new versions released since then are based on it. A modern remake on the other hand, now THAT would be interesting to see!

@@gamingcrazy7013 There was also the 20th Anniversary Edition released in 2013. I'm not sure if it's the same as the 15th Anniversary from 2006.
