This new album is simply incredible - New Dawn, In The End, this is some of Anoushka’s best work till date. Goes to show that sometimes views don’t really matter - music like this goes beyond the world - takes me to a spiritual place.

Dear Anoushka, i’m very proud of you, in the beginning of 1970 i discovered Ravi Shankar compositions, you are gifted with your father’s talent, it’s so good to hear the roots of your father in your blood and spirit, thank you, thank you, thank you very much Anoushka, you are a master just like your Father Ravi was, i respect you with all my heart and soul, you are a wonderful, amazing, musician, thank you, thank you, thank you, i wish you all the luck and happiness in life, thank you Anoushka.

I became a fan of Ravi Shankar some years back and was heartbroken when he passed away. I’m very happy Anoushka is following in his footsteps with her own music, it’s absolutely beautiful!

This just pulled the soul out of my body. Like someone came, saw how much pain i was in, just by looking at my eyes and put their hand on my head, the touch felt warm, like that of everything is going to be okay, and i just pulled in closer to feel this calm for 5 more minutes. This is something else.

Superb piece and performance. As a sitar composition, this new piece sounds to me as being on a more tonal harmonic structure, different from that of traditional Indian music. A slight change seems to be on the way. P. S.: As a guitarist, my comment here happened to be mostly... technical... But now, after sharing on my FB page and listening to it more and more and more ... it's SO AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL, WHAT A MASTERPIECE ! One of Anoushka's best !
