I thought in ANOVA the SST is calculated by first finding the difference between each data point from the overall mean then squaring the difference and adding them up? In this case, the overall mean is the sum of all the data points combined and then divided by 7?

Great video, zen…just need to point out there’s a little error in your plots for the first example: you’ve shown the middle RED stream II plot spanning range 4-6, but it should be 3-7 ( I think you’ve switched the plots for Streams I and III; otherwise, excellent content! i think you make a mistake when presenting the streams. first the values are: Stream 1(1,5,9) Stream 2(4,5,6) Stream 3 (3,5,7)_ then you go to next slide and here you mix up stream 2 and 3. above the graf never the less, the graph is correct
