@ I am a vegan so I don’t do diary or eggs so I don’t eat any gluten coffee soy products I do eat chia seed pudding for breakfast it’s good to lower inflammation. No coffee No sugar no wine and I eat thing to restore the gut. Amazon has a leaky gut powder that is good. I do kombucha and vegan yogurt. Gluten free oats. I use stevia in liquid as sweetener. I eats lots of fruits and veggies but blueberries and strawberries are best but I do them all. I eat quinoa and rice. You can also eat in pasta form. In morning I fix ginger turmeric tea. With lemon juice pepper for absorption. I take the supplements zinc magnesium selenium or Brazil nuts and green tea

Please doctor? i'm also a thyroid patient (hyperthroidism), which i did partial surgery 2 years ago but i'm still going via severe muscles pains, weight loss, tremors, and bulky eyes. I have been talken carbimazole 5mg since 2019 up to date, yet no improvement... now i have a vocal and memory problem. Though i'm stil on the medications but no improvement at all. Please what are the best therapy, herbs or food supplement for me?

I've heard that spinach, strawberry 🍓 and peaches too are bad for thyroid. Different doctors say differently. Best is to consult your own endocrinologist. There is no credibility about these KZbin videos. Some doctors may be very good but viewers must decide and discern for themselves. God bless us all.

Hi, take your medicine every day at the same time at least half an hour or hour before drinking or consuming your meals. I myself on same dosis take it sober at night also remember take it on an empty stomach. Do not eat after 07.00 pm then you can take your meds at 23.00 the more time before eating the more your meds can work as long as you take them structurally at the same time

I don’t think chia seeds are beneficial to us for omega 3s. I could be wrong but it might only have ALA, not EPA or DHA. We need the latter two. Bioavailability of the ALA conversion in the body to EPA and DHA is essentially nil (at best 1.5% 😳😳). Veggie and vegans will have to take wild caught marine-based sups (ie WC salmon oil) for the two. But they can’t/don’t 😢😢

These foods are good for hyperthyroid patients, EXCEPT all sorts of foods containing iodine: seaweed (kelp), salmon, and other seafood products.
