I dehydrate sweet potato, beets, zucchini, carrot, cucumber, radish into very thin chips. All seasoned with a bit of salt & pepper. They are sooo good, it's hard to stop eating them. What are your thoughts to eating these as a snack?

I have gastritis, trying to avoid sour foods. What’s good to eat for hypothyroidism

I have a free Grocery Guide that's a great place to start if you want to learn more about thyroid-friendly eating. You'd have to pick and choose which foods are also gastritis-friendly, but you can download it here: www.hypothyroidchef.com/grocery

I appreciate your grasp on the subject. Thank you for the video good information. You validate allot of my own theories. Overall environment and natural healing through the gut. The ECS has a similar function in my opinion. Bother the gut and the ECS being responsible for absorbing nutrients that have vital roles in the function of each organ. I think of cannabinoids like the hormones, bacteria, and enzymes all in one feeding a master regulatory system. The vast majority of health issues including major diseases and disorders alike can be treated if not outright cured if you can correct deficiency or over abundance of nutrients, bacteria, enzymes, hormones, fibers, amino acids, cannabinoids, etc.. It makes me wonder what systems in our body lay dormant because we are missing so much from our diet.
