I have a suggestion bro 1. Cut down your staff number from 12 to 6-7 2. Give them work from home ( your 22k rent + 75k deposit will free) 3. As you said ki aapka effective kaam 3 hrs ka hai so 1-2 hrs aap apne staff ke saath kaam karo 4. You have a bike, enroll yourself in ola/rapido/uber and for 2 hrs ride lo 5.
