I'll be 58 in October of this year and in all my years i've never heard a song that describes how i feel at times like this one does. Thankfully i've had a hand full of people over my lifetime that have helped me pull myself together at the times when i felt at my lowest. I've always suffered with depression, anxiety, and the feeling that i've never been good enough at anything while at the same time knowing that i'm a good person who helps others anytime that i can and that i work hard for the things that i have and for those that i love. It's always been a constant internal battle between one feeling or the other with seemingly no fix for it other than to struggle on doing the best that i could each day one day at a time. One of the things that has always seemed to help has been music. It can be funny, uplifting when you need it, and it can also be soothing and almost healing at other times when you need it to be. When a song is written by someone that writes from their very heart and soul it can do any of the above and touch thousands of people when they need it most. My friend i believe that this is your special gift and that you are destined to help more people than you will ever know with the songs that you write. As it turns out i'm one of those people. I'm currently unexpectedly unemployed and at my age and health it's hard for me to find a decent paying job that will keep me from loosing what few things i have worked for in my life but after listening tonight to some of your songs somehow i know that things will work out alright like they have many times before. I hope that you enjoy many years of happiness writing and singing so that others like me can enjoy the songs that flow from your heart and find a peace that i think only music can bring at times.

That song... is so important to me, i've been suffering with my personality, they said i'm too 'gay' or too sensitive, even my dad kinda said one time. When iwas a little boy, i was so extroverted, after all, kids dont really care about this things. But when i started the middle school, the nicknames and jokes started. See, i grew up in Brazil, and here the public school it´s bad, most of the cases, teachers that are unprofessional, or desinterested. The first to the third grade, i was bullied almost everyday, even physically. The fourth to seventh grade, i started to develop a kinda of facade, i started to be more introverted. I changed school in my forth grade, and, until the seventh, i was in a black world, i was almost went on depression. I thought it was my fault, that i was... broken. Every time i tried to catch my teacher's or supervisor's help, they said that i was a victimist. They made me lose my hope. The only people i trusted was, my mom, my friends, and one girl. They are great friends, and my mom is amazing and always loved me, unconditionally. But i felt alone... i felt like... i was an error. Fuck!! I even tried to kill myself!! This music represents all of my feelings back then... i really miss that boy i was as a kid. But, i found people that love me, from me. I found myself. To all the people that maybe gonna read that comment, if you got here. Listen to me. You're not alone. I care about you. If you´re feel that your wothless, that no one can hear your screams, that.... the world is rejecting you like a disease.... or all of it. Trust me. I believe and care about you. And i'm pretty sure is not just me. Someone in this world cares and loves you. Your parents, your dog, your friends or even the fucking person you talk today. You dont need to trust me.
