I used to read this comic which made me cry a lot and this song just made me remember the whole story. The story was about a couple who started dating since they were in high school (I think). One day the guy got into an accident and died. His partner who misses him so much wrote a letter to him saying how much he misses him already. He had no idea that the letter had actually called his dead partner back to life but only for a few hours. He thought it was a dream so it only made him desperate. He then wrote another letter and his partner visited him again that night. He then realized that it's real so he made a lot of letters and put them in a jar so his partner could stay with him longer but there was a consequence. The longer his partner stays with him, the more frequently he gets violent and can't control himself as if he's being possessed. His dead partner decided that he needs to crossover for the sake of them both. Fast forward, they went out for the last time and did everything they haven't done yet. They went to the bridge at dawn waiting for the sunrise. They threw the jar of letters onto the ocean and they kissed one last time. When the jar hit water, his partner just disappeared. Somehow this entire album of yours reminded me of that story and made me cry again 😅

Thank you so much for this album anson. This year I had to let go of a lot of people altogether, and because it's my last school year I never got the time to even process the hurt and grief of letting go of people who used to be so close to me. I relate to each song, and it's so amazing and beautiful the way these songs have got the power to create a home in our hearts. They're so so painful and soothing at the same time. But also because it's my last few months in school, I feel like reconnecting with all those people but that won't make sense, cause we're in the past tense. That's why these feelings are only mine to feel and know, so thank you for making it a bit better.
