just realised i found your channel when you was 16, now i am turning 16 pretty soon, and…after these two years i just wanted to thank you for changing my personality in a really good way.. like, seriously, your content changed me and my mind so much, i started to understand English speech more (english not my first language) because u are such a great person to listen to, after watching your videos i had a motivation to get out of my bed and do something that i like (or not) like decorate my room, do some exercise, some running, learn how to cook, and basically just live my life and enjoy it. i don’t even know how to describe it, its just some random youtuber that becomes pretty important part of your life.. and i know you are definitely not showing all your life in videos, and u r definitely not that productive 24/7, i always knew it and remembered it but your videos still helped me.. just thank you very much for what your doing, you are veeery inspiring person💗💗(wow i feel some girlhood vibes idk why)

You help me out a lot! I am currently Burn out from over exercising.. I lost a lot of motivation. I can never think positive.. my self conscious got so bad that I over exercise myself.. I know I am not ever that Big but I still over exercise.. and now I got myself burn out.. however Erika your videos are helping me a lot! Maybe not with motivation as much but I am starting to feel more positive. And your helping get through being burn out. Hearing you talk about being insecure isn’t a good thing but it somehow helps. Im not sure if you know but being burn out makes it hard for someone to have motivation to do ever small tasks. But having your videos on in the background gives me a little motivation. Tysm!
