I’m a couple years older than Tyler and I’ve been watching him for a decade!! It’s so refreshing to “grow up” alongside content that hasn’t deteriorated over the years! Tyler is a literal JOY on this earth. I love that he isn’t afraid to be himself. I caught chlamydia ONCE when I was 19-20 and it took YEARS to get over the feeling of shame and self loathing(didn’t help that my ex who I’m 90% sure gave it to me always used it against me)I got diagnosed because I got tested as usual, took my antibiotics and was tested clean right after and have never had one since. I even had a meltdown telling my now husband about it when we started dating cause I was horrified about him hearing from anyone but me and he was like “ok...but that was years ago and it’s handled so like what’s it matter” Thank you so much for not only your decision to be so open about it but for encouraging others to stop demonizing it

I’m really grateful that you did this. That level of openness is needed sometimes, though totally the individual’s choice. Especially when it comes to sexual health, it just isn’t spoken about enough. People don’t realise how common STD/STI’s are, and how manageable the majority are. I also really respect what you said about Dan and Phil. As I’ve gotten older, I no longer find myself “fangirling” and obsessing over someone else’s life as it just isn’t my business. You’re entitled to whatever privacy you choose to keep.
