Also, if you have campfire and you’re going for a specific form of Gmax Toxtricity. Campfire actually shows which Gmax Toxtricity is Amped and which is Low Key

Out of 39 dialga raids I did I got 4 roar of time, 1 hundo (no roar of time) no shinys. Out of 20 palkia raids I got 1 shiny and 1 spacial rend

Yeah don’t do the raids. That’s why I said nope to helping on the day. If the rates are poor. You need a 98%+ shiny and a move. That’s too many variables

@@Zeke90k check the time zone for the places you are remoting into, it was probbaly outside the Go Wild time, otherwise you should have gotten the safariballs instead of elite balls, the sarfari ball have a way high catch rate

14:41 since you read out my previous comment, I'll point out to players that if you have an elite fast TM you can use that to check your Luxray's hidden power typing without having to enter the TM lottery. With your elite fast TM, go as far as the menu that allows you to select the move you want. You can see the type of hidden power there. Then back out of the menu without changing the move.

I just got a Shiny Origins Forme Palkia WITH Spacial Rend! I got very lucky! But got a hundo without the move. 1/50+ raids on Origins Forme Palkia. And within those raids only got FIVE with the move! Also irrelevant but did a remote raid on an Amped Toxtricity and it was Shiny! A Pokédex Entry Shiny! And it also had the Safari Go Balls too! 🎉 Also I've hatched 2 Toxel on my first 2 10KM eggs.

The question whether we get the Adventure effect while getting the Pokemon from GBL- yes, I only got one Palkia from GBL yet and that had the move.

@16:30 I think you gave out some bad advice. Using star pieces and lucky eggs during G-max raids appears to be one of the best giveaways in the game, no? I'm going to try using Roar of Time instead of being in a party for the G-max raids today, but that may be difficult to use while raiding.

The gmax raids are spaced out you need people wanting to do gmax instead of normal raids 5 different raid bosses in the normal gym raids so people normally want to go after them instead so cannot really farm the gmax for stardust this time.

First ever Palkia Raid, got the adventure effect. On Dialga, got the adventure effect on the 2nd time around. What's crazy was I got it without doing anything. Literally doing nothing. I just entered the raid, cooked my sunny side up (literally) then when I went back in my room with my food, the battle was over. Caught then checked and there it was HAHA

if you raid an amped box in regular raids you'll see that one show up on gmax raids and the lowkey will be greyed out btw

Dmax or Gmax Gengar is solid as a tank. Especially if Gmax Toxtricity has powerup punch, and acid spray. Gengar with level 2 or 3 stack

I will say about the speed cap, i was on a trip one day going about 60 on the highway and i had my daily incense going and every single Pokémon ran from me. Except for the shiny Tangela i got. it is literally the only one that stayed. So personally i feel like the only way a shiny will run is with the go plus. But i fully intended on that shiny running because of the speed cap and it didn't. but every one (not shiny) after that ran as well.

Anyone know if the primal raids are just for the weekend or do they go throughout the next week as well, I think I saw somewhere that they continue to next week and you should focus the origin raids if you dont have the special moves.

primals are weekend only, origins will have special effects until the end of the weekend too

"they need their move to be relevant in pvp" (O-Palkia/Dialga) youre just wrong Im at 3400 and play without it... in theory you need it but in practice its just a small downgrade and most times doesnt even matter of course its better with it, but if you got a 15/15/14 O-Palkia for example its totally worth it even without the move

I got a hundo Palkia Origin on my first and only Palkia raid since the last rotation and it doesn't have Spacial Rend. What a shity decision from Niantic, it should have been guaranteed like in the previous rotation... this is frustrating, as a free-to-play player I can't do 10-20+ raids. I'm lucky a friend traded me a Palkia Origin he had with SR, on a guaranteed lucky trade, and I was blessed with a 96% lucky, but it's a shame I now got the hundo on a raid and it is USELESS. Classic Niantic, only money matters, screw the players...

Worst event ,safari balls are rarest for free players and catch rate is bad ,mighty spawns are even rarer ,raids somewhat good since easy to host ,honestly if you don't have large community ,skip this and relax in your home.

i feel like this was a thing just for japan and should have only stayed in in japan, winter events are hard as heck to depending on where you are, if they would have made it a raid only thing maybe it could have it worked better as it feels like thats the main focus compared to go fest
