For me the game is totally rigged, I got 2 safari balls - I encountered the giant t rex and used both it broke out(I used golden raz), I got a quest to capture a pokemon to get another safari ball to get another ball but I used the 2 I had and got nothing, getting 1 by research task is really unfair

In our local park (timezone +8 GMT), multiple back to back mighty hundos was reported in campfire around 4 to 5:30 PM: pidgeot - garvantula - garvantula - toxapex - golem - toxapex. Was able to encounter them but caught only 2 non shiny(garvantula and golem).

Solo'd a Toxtricity dynamax raid and it was a shiny!!! First try! To say that I was flabbergasted is an understatement.

@turtle091206 Yes, I used 3 Excadrill around 1900-2200 cp. One of them I added max guard and heal for support. Make sure their fast moves are ground type. I was able to finish it off without losing any Excadrill. It mostly had poison or electric moves which did little damage to Excadrill and made the battle easier. But be weary of one that has power up punch. Note: This was just dynamax not gigantimax.

Got some good stuff on my first day. Shiny G-Max Toxitricity, Shiny Toxel, Shiny Dialga with the background (but no RoT), two Zapdos, and a hundo Mighty Pidgeot. Was definitely a fun first day. I am a little annoyed Niantic doesn't let you use safari balls for the achievement reward pokémon. I had been saving Spewpa and my scientist Pikachu for it, but nope. Necrozma's stuff works though so grabbed some cool stuff in safari balls with both of those powers.

Global day 1 was very underwhelming , storm also currently in the UK the weather was terrible walking around.. if you aren't spending on raid passes and incubators it's pretty meh, went home at 3pm after starting around 9:30am.. was pretty annoyed to see that incense was one spawn every 5 mins so i practically waisted some incenses ..

I don't know why everyone is complaining, I think this is the best event in years and mighty Pokémon are possibly the best feature ever. Rarely am I as excited to click on a Pokémon as a mighty with such a good shot of the shundo, XXL etc

Day 1 ended up with 11 shinies and 2 hundos. Will be heading back out tomorrow. I am so jealous of you. Spent a year in Okinawa back in 83 to 84. One day would love to go back. Keep up the great videos

2nd raid was a decent 3* shiny Snorlax, super happy with it & was the highlight of Day1 for me. All wild shinies were repeats of my old ones with the exception of a shiny helio snagged in the last 15 mins of day 1- hoping I can check more of the 6 I need off on day 2. I'm 62 raids deep with Palkia & no shiny yet..... I am cutting myself off of Palkia raids when I hit 70 tho as it is getting demoralising, seriously hoping I get one today before I call it quits🤞

EVENT IS BROKEN!! The Mighty Pokémon just ran from my safari balls. I managed to catch 1 and it wasn’t even lvl 40. I hit over 200 pokestops and didn’t get another safari ball. Waste of time Niantic!!

Why all the coolest events in Pokemon Go need tickets and pay by money also extra money paid or pokecoin to buy the in game events that mean tickets not included in game items (can be said not that many in game items). Mighty Pokemon reminds me about Mighty Mouse and Mighty Morphine Power Rangers!

Didn’t buy a ticket. Not that excited with the event. 🤷‍♀️ I think it’s cause the whole Max system is something I’m mostly shit out of, and it’s everywhere. Really lowered my interest in the game. I tried the free research and got stuck on page 2 when the mighty Pokémon fled from the single safari ball I got. Niantic helpfully popped up a notice that I could PAY for a ticket to get safari balls. Ugh. Seems like the game is more and more “pay to play” 😢.

i'm really dissapointed in the event, free to play players had less than scraps, 2 balls and that's it??? outrageous, almost impossible to catch the mighty spawns. the greed is catching up to niantic. max battles were dumb, they give a collect cap increase but you likely wont have enough for the 2nd boss by the time you get to it, not enough nodes to recharge and you'd have to walk 2km again this was pathetic
