I adore you guys so don’t feel like I’m scolding you but PLEASE don’t get a dog if you have to keep it outside. Dogs are social animals and should be viewed as family to live and interact with the family inside the home. It’s just not right to keep them isolated.

I was adopted. My birth mother was an addict. I have an older and younger sibling that are biological to my parents. They were ALWAYS open about my adoption and phrased me as a gift given in an unconventional way. I am not the same race as the rest of my family, but it affects nothing. I had a happy home and after I decided to look into my birth mother as an adult I feel I can say with confidence they saved me from a lifetime of abuse, upheaval and tragedy. I love my parents. My mom gave me a box when I had my first child with a note she wrote me the day they called and said they had a baby for them and the box was engraved "you may not have grown under my heart, but you grew in it.". Its an item I cherish because the contents of the note really put me at ease with having my own children since that is one thing I struggled with having been adopted. For some reason I felt like I wasn't allowed to have my own kids and had to adopt and spent my entire pregnancy very conflicted until my mom put me at ease with something she wrote 28 years prior. I appreciate that you even consider it even if its not your path.

You two are so cute together and you cracked me up when you said the reason you wore a headbands and caps because you are lazy. You are anything, but lazy. You have three kids, are a great wife and mom, homeschool all your babies, help run businesses, do Awana at church, post on Instagram and do your vlog on You Tube. Yes you are so lazy... It made me tired just thinking about all that you do on a daily basis 😂. I will be praying for you both about the child/children. There are a lot of kids who would be so lucky to have you as parents if you decided to adopt 😘

Jessica you have gone through so much and you had three beautiful Children, I can’t imagine what you went through with you pregnancies being a person who could never conceive because of a hypothyroid condition. God works in mysterious ways, I am sure he has wonderful things coming your way whether it be by natural birth or adoption, any Child would be so lucky to have two wonderful parents like you! As Carrie Underwood sings “Jesus take the wheel”! He will always steer you in the right direction. Thank you for this Q & A, I really enjoyed it! 💕

Our kids don't believe in Santa either they know we bought the gifts and that Jesus was born and we celebrate his birth. I completely understand your decision on not sending them to public school. We were thinking about homeschooling but chose private Christian school for this season in our lives. It could change as private school is very expensive then we would probably homeschool if it ever came to that. Are there any private Christian school's close to you?

Loved this Q&A... I myself homeschooled my 2 kids until 11th grade then for their senior year they joined an adult graduation school at a church (their step-mom was secretary/manager of it).. I now homeschool other kids because people started asking me.. so now it's my small business doing that. each year I have at least one student but have had up to 10 students at one time. Each year I say it's my last year... and each year I get a new students who I know is God sent.. and a joy to see them go from hating school (public) to loving learning.... to me it's more about them learning and feeling like they CAN learn. I have had 2 students graduate with me. and this year have 1 getting ready to graduate!!! seeing videos where others homeschool is always exciting to me!!!!

Great advice on the home building. My husband & I are planning on building our retirement home someday. Probably in 4-5 years from now. We've been doing tons of research in the mean time until we find that proverbial perfect parcel of land & where we'd we want that to be. When Bert was talking about his driveway & that it'll be his driveway in 5 years I heard you say Jessica, "Maybe". Did Bert hear you saying that? Is your Mom going to get a pair of matching Christmas jammies this year? That would be so cute!
