My son, now 52, entered kids wresting years ago. He followed it through high school and ended up doing wonderfully. He not only formed his core group of friends, but, he found a determination and drive that has followed him throughout the years. He studies and did his homework, trying to fit everything in a year round tight schedule. He is currently a high ranking homicide detective in the largest police department in California. Bless your son for trying a sport that is just not easy at times. But, winning/losing/trying is a small bonus from a sport that will shape him into the man he will be one day.

i took Koro Ken Karate between 8-12 years old. I got a yellow belt. then my mom got diagnosed with kidney disease and she was on dialysis twice a day, That ended my martial arts training, because she couldn't take me it was 45 min away. i never got back into it. i started mowing lawns instead at age 14 and did that ever since. Me and my sisters family are renting a log cabin mansion in the north pole on the lake. Our flights are on Monday. we are from Vermont and its been a LongLife dream to visit Alaska and see the northern lights. cant wait! we will be there for 2 weeks.

Hey y’all, I’m a lifelong sufferer of anemia. Have you had Garrett’s blood work done recently? Just seeing how pale he was as well as his fatigue reminded me of being diagnosed as a child of ten. I’ve gone years where I had to get weekly iron injections in my hips because some of us just can’t absorb all the iron we need. Please, no offense intended, just a lil worried here.
