Re EV Charging - I have a property on Kauai that typically houses parties with 3 rental cars. Given that electricity per kilowatt on island is the highest in the nation, I actually will fine Guests for charging their cars. Some may feel that this is being less than hospitable; however, it really is cost prohibitive to allow it. The monthly electric bill already is $1200 - $1500 a month. Note: I am not filling their tanks with gasoline either. LOL

When are you having your pool/hot tub / mowing/ etc come out to service the property?

Depends on the property/location! In our desert markets, pools and in ground hot tubs are serviced 2x per week. Landscaping depends on the property as well, anywhere from weekly to 1x per month (mostly weeding) for low maintenance desert landscaping.

@@kyleeandsteven I understand that but my question would be are you doing any of these services while guest are staying there? For example I have a very popular facility that is booked at a really high occupancy rate. Do you ever have any of these services done while guests are there or do you coordinate around their stay for example Mowing Weekly?

I’d love to know more about inspectors. We live in a more rural area. Where do you find inspectors? How often do you use them? What do you pay them?
