I made a homemade fermented red cabbage with real salt (my 1st time) i was so nervous about it but it turned out fantastic. Highly recommend trying it and i was following 2 tablespoons to a cup a day.

I have used avocado oil to panfry skinless herbed chicken and thought it was delicious. There really isnt much else I like it on however - not even for salad dressing. I have tried making scrambled eggs with avocado oil spray and thought it was disgusting. I cant help but agree that its just not good. Merry Christmas! 🎅
