Another lovely vidcast! Thanks you guys for making my day though it's noon here haha There also kinds of smart watches One is like regular having heart rate,steps,calories,date and time. Another is like a miniature phone if you will, with few additional features to the prior like able to use few apps or pick calls too XD

Can we use "to burn out midnight oil" synonymous with "to pull all nighter" along the way?
@SuccesswithIELTS2 жыл бұрын
We’ve talked about this in one of our audio episodes on “staying up late”. You can find it in any podcast app! To answer your question, yes you can, but it sounds weird, because no one burns oil for lighting these days 🥴

@@SuccesswithIELTS yes, I listened and learned "to pull all nighter" from your podcasts, recently I just came across with this idiom "to burn out midnight oil". This sounds really archaic. I'm sorry I've asked this question in inappropriate post. Anyways it was informative for me. Thanks.

I do not think that people really care about the heart rate; they might never measure theirs. However, smartwatches make their owner feel like smart people. At least, some of my friends have such an opinion about the smartwatches

Smart watches are also called electronic watches which are connected or linked to your mobile devices.

My bf bought me a smartwatch since it is waterproof and the numbers appearing on it are big enough for me to catch the time immediately with only a quick glance

Hiiii guys!!! I wear a smart watch to be able to count my steps, calculate spent calories and miles. Despite the fact that the battery is really indurable still nothing can keep away me from it 😅 Maybe it signs a perceptional strength which is gained from having an expensive stuff.
