This video is how I was introduced to Theo Von for the first time a few years back. I had never even heard his name up until this. I'm so happy that I saw it. Its ability to be funny off the cuff is remarkable IMO. I'm just so happy for it honestly because he is a true character. He makes you want to be friends with him for his interesting insight and borderline goofy behavior, but for all of the right reasons. I'm just super happy for him that he's made it. He's a better conversationalist than stand-up comic. But I feel like he could be a better stand-up comic if he really dedicated more time to writing jokes and fleshing them out over time.... His energy is different though, he's always struck me as an in the moment type character. Which isn't bad by any means. Its insanely funny. I just think he could be one of the best if he sat down and wrote material religiously. But I don't think that's his style or even what he's aiming for. He comes across as someone that is just living life in the present one day at a time as opposed to someone career oriented that becomes the CEO of their own brand. I respect what he does even if he is known for being a bit flakey and what-not. To me he seems like an individual that has dealt with a lot of trauma in his youth and self-medicating, but he's got a lot of insight into humanity, whether he admits it or not. I'm just happy I was introduced to Theo Von and its this video that did it. So thank you for that barstool.

@@skillzset1066 Chris Hansen went on Theo Vons podcasts. So as a guest, he was probably flown in and got a hotel paid by theo vons company. Chris Hansen charged more stuff on his hotel bill that was paid by theo von. Having infused rose petals for the bath. Costing theo von 700 dollars, instead of the normal 150-250 dollar stay at a hotel.

And it's lame. I've never seen any of them that needed to be saved. From who? For what? Save me from ever having to hear this dumb ish again.

@CashanovaXTREME5 жыл бұрын
spinelli187 Yeah man, a lot of people looked at Chris Hansen differently after that. He had been burning other people who had “put him up” as well. He owes people money all over. Theo was really surprised and kind of hurt because he looked up to Chris, he covered it on one of his solo podcasts. It was in depth about the situation, Hansen was even trying to stay extra nights for “business”! And do all of that while Theo is personally paying for it. And Theo said he was billing “extravagant” items he wouldn’t even order himself.
