hey zach, the carbon fibre plate actually extends into the forefoot in a forked shape. The midsection just happens to slice through the shortest part.

I think what you should do is cut the first shoe in half how you traditionally do, but then take the next shoe in the pair and take it apart layer by layer. Like slice it horizontally like a sandwich so you can see how the tech looks, cause a lot of these plates go full length but you can’t see it from a cut in half view

Yo. I love your vids. My father is a disabled vet (shoulder disability). He used to be a sneakerhead in the 70s and 80s. But is a true 4e. He loves basketball shoes but nobody makes a 4e. Would love to see you do a vid with recommendations on which basketball shoes would work best for a true 4e man and which sizes would accommodate them best as far as going a half or whole size up, etc. His foot is wide at the middle where the top laces would start on a shoe so he needs his space closer to his ankle and not the toebox. He just has some chunky ol Flintstone feet!

I just bought the 7 low and the 8 and loving both of them. Both fit amazing. Agree with going into battle with the 8. The 7 needs a lot of break in so hopefully it will be a winner too.

Hope you also review other overseas brand like Peak, Xtep, and 361 degree. As you should always land on your forefoot when coming down from a jump, I'd say a forefoot zoom unit would be better.
