NEKO Harbor is my absolute favorite place in the world, especially when there’re no snow covering the black mountain. Seeing the landscape of Antarctica makes other landscape on the Earth seems dull in comparison. I visited in Dec 2023, but not in March yet as I am needing to see Penguin chicks.

@@Noon_00Nz I agree- Neko Harbor just took my breath away. I would love to go back to Antarctica it’s so special. Highly recommend going for the Emperors in Dec but it’s never guaranteed to see them

@@adventuresbysky Right? We were lucky to see the black mountain when the snow was not covering as sometimes other trips would see snow cover most of the mountain. Me too, I would really love to back to Antarctica, and this time to reach New Zealand or go to South Pole! I have not seen Emperor Penguin & Leopard Seal, but I also went in the beginning of Dec too.
