Those of us that admire Kevin Levrone has always had Creed on our playlist. I never thought we'd see a time where Creed is actually regarded as cool again, but here we are. They made alot of bangers.

I just started getting back in the gym post covid… might have to pick this book up now. I followed your full 12 week program back in 2018-19 and it was great and easy to follow for a beginner! 💪

AT raises, romanian deadlift (the bomb for hamstrings), shoulder extensions, shoulder retractions, superman's, kneeling sissy squats, ab rollout are top tier! Super hard, require a lot of stability and mobility, perfect for achieving level 1 body master and beyond! Thank you, Buff Dudes! For the great video, explained with a pinch of humor as always best professionally presented

Just bought your physical copy of the hypertrophy plan! Can’t wait to get it. I’ve been watching y’all for years but never went thru one of your plans. But now I’m pushing 40 and I’ve fallen off the horse big time. I did a brake job on my truck a few weeks ago and I could barely move the next morning. Crazy! I couldn’t believe it. My shoulders and back were screamin. The way I see it, the only way to bypass old age and achieve immortality is to become a buff dude. Looking forward to this plan! Thanks guys 🙏🏻

Buff Dudes! Great video bros🤝 I would add a tiny "help" for front squats. Add two straps on the bar and hold the strap if your Mobility is limited. That's what I did and it's a game changer

Ordered the hypertrophy book last week, hopefully will arrive in the UK soon :-) Can't wait to see Brandon's artwork, hoping the new routine will get me out of a long plateau I'm stuck in... Great vid as always!

Hudson, I 1000% agree with you and Front Squats. I’ve never felt comfortable doing them either because i always felt like i was being pulled forward, so it just felt awkward.

I’m 7 weeks into the Bulking Book and loving every day of it. Absolute brutal and I feel super strong. I also have one of the 12 week programs on my shelf that I haven’t tried yet. Maybe that’ll be for spring. But this one looks awesome too… I may have to add it to the collection

Sorry if I sound like a rookie, but I’m brand new to y’all’s channel. Each stage involves 4 days of working out, what do you do the other 3 days of the week? And do you include any cardio amongst the weekly workouts? I’d like to gain muscle, but at the same time, lose some body fat? Thought?
@BuffDudesWorkouts4 ай бұрын
Hi Nick, welcome! You can feel free to rest and recover for the 3 days off, or include some form of cardio. We'll usually do something really simple like cardio first thing upon waking up for 30 minutes. But whatever fits your schedule is most likely your best option!

Looking at purchasing this plan but do you ship to the UK or would you recommend doing the pdf version
@BuffDudesWorkouts4 ай бұрын
Hi Mark, yes we do ship to the UK but sadly shipping prices continue to get more expensive. If that's an issue, then yes, we'd recommend the pdf!

A few warm up sets prior to the main sets? How long rest between sets and exercises?
@BuffDudesWorkouts6 ай бұрын
Hi Rich, we're averaging about 90 seconds between compounds and 60 seconds between isolations. We're usually do one warm-up set before the working sets to get a feel for them.
@davidstarkey2956 ай бұрын
In the PDF version, it lists the 10-minute stretching warm-up routine, and 90-120 seconds of rest between sets. Although warm-up sets aren't listed, I've seen in other plans that they do one warm-up set, then do the 3-4 sets of prescribed reps.

Are sets 1-3 like warmup pyramid sets and an all out final working set 4? Or do you have warm up sets then do all 4x8 with the working weight?
@davidstarkey2956 ай бұрын
I'll have to double-check the PDF version(print coming tomorrow), but in similar BUFF Dudes workouts, they do start with a warmup set, then do the 3-4 working sets. I'd go with that for maximum utility.
@BuffDudesWorkouts6 ай бұрын
Yep! As David said, we're usually add a warm-up set to get a feel for the exercise, then perform 4 working sets with the same weight.
@jonpall37606 ай бұрын
Explain your loading parameters properly!! 4 x 8?? Same weight for all 4 sets??

That's the goal, if in the last reps you feel like lowering the weight or progress with more go for it

Triceps are not part of the posterior chain, if anything they should be on the anterior day because they’re involved in literally every pushing movement, should just do push pull
