I tried dumbbell pullovers for the first time as part of your 12 week bulking program. I really liked the stretch in the lats it gave me. Only was able to use 35lbs, but it just felt good!

I find that exercise places is more emphasis on your triceps and lockout power. Which intern, aids my flat bench numbers. By doing this on the floor, you’re also able to engage way more of your back/scapula area versus that of a narrow flat 💪bench.

More focus on the pushing motion with the chest, shoulders, and triceps, taking away the leg drive. They both explained it in the video.

I did this exercise yesterday for the first time. My max bench press is 245 lbs no help on lift. I’m very fit and very athletic muscular tone build but damn this exercise is killing me today. My legs hurt so much… I don’t know why… I can deadlift two plates easily and leg press 14 plates but this exercise hits differently… my lower extremities are burning still and aching… it didn’t help that my dumbtard put on a weighted vest yesterday… If you do this right it’s not for the weak at heart… I’m going to continue adding this exercise to my routine and report back in 6 months…
