How much would someone need to put down on a house like this if I may ask?
@ChrystalClear5 жыл бұрын
This was very cozy. I always wanted to see behind that gated community. I love the sense of feeling safe, which it gave. Even the golf cart is classy😀. Thanks for the tour, please continue do a great job.

I did like the way you did this video - the neighborhood was very attractive. I also liked the layout of the home. Having a separate office and having it in the (quiet) back of the house is appealing to me. If I'm working in my office, I want the view to be a serene backyard, not a road plus activity.

I enjoyed the opening of this video, going through the neighborhood. Price is not bad, considering the location. You do get a safe, quiet and guarded home with a golf course. Thanks Chak, you never disappoint.

Here come all the “this is overpriced” experts lol. Anthem Country Club is one of the best developments in the area. As Chakits said it costs more per square foot. Buying in here is a good investment. PLUS they lowered price to 480K today :)

Wow, voice over means no crunchy rocks. Oh darn. Great drive up and through to get a feel for Anthem. Is grass required or can you convert to desert landscape in the front? I hate mowing lawns, and I'm too cheap to hire a gardner. The place, in general, was very well upgraded, without looking like it has been updated. Very well done. We even have the old Moen Monticello fixtures in the bathroom, which were a chrome-brass classic design, that is still in style. I don't know if the grey and countertop colors go well together. I would have used a warmer grey. The nooks and crannies were a design feature of Vegas homes from about the late 80s into the late 90s. I call them dust collectors. They made the rooms look larger. Too many people adorned them with another type of dust collector, silk plants. The backyard is not cheap. The owners put bucks into the place. It even has room for a bunny. This home is truly cozy petit bijou, and a very comfortable and ideal place for a retired couple seeking refuge, rest and relaxation. Corian and Cesar Stone were common alternatives to granite in the last 1990s, not so much anymore, as quartz has taken the market by storm, but still available in a lot of different colors and styles. Very well done vid.

The grass can be converted to xeriscape. The lawns are grandfathered in, but once converted cannot be made back into grass lawns.

Laminate floors, washer and dryer not included, hot water is not on demand, no door on the master bath, only 2 bedrooms, 1700 square feet, $500,000.....I'll pass on this one. The finishes weren't as nice as I would expect. The best part about the property is the HOA fees, the security, and property taxes.

How far are the schools?
@onitasanders74035 жыл бұрын
This, as I understand is for those 55 years and older. That is what the DelWeb developments are all about. These residents child bearing years are behind them and now they can enjoy an adult environment in their golden years. Therefore where the schools are is the least important thing to them.
