"Very wide door going out to the garage." Since when is a 36" door "very wide"? Enough room to the right and left of the garage doors to put side mount openers in and get rid of the overhead openers -- a nice feature. Opens up the garage overhead area for storage. Misters on the back patio cover as well.

WOW, this home is beautiful, made for entertaining. They did a beautiful job with the updating that we can see. But with a home of this age, I'm more concerned with what's going on inside the walls.

Over use of tiles, glass tile transitions, wall tiles, remove some of these.

The glass tile transition outdated and over used here. The home is suppose to flow, according to the inside structure, it is too broken up by the flooring. Extremely dark doors are outdated, off white or white paint the doors. They use apartment furniture in here, the entry table is very narrow to make entry area look bigger. They use apartment table and chairs in master are open concept and table is a small small accent table to give more room there.

I want you to do well so I must tell you. The home is amazing but this video is too long. Your screenshots are too long. We can see what you see. Summarize the highlights of the home and keep it moving. We are anxiously waiting to see the next room but we are teased in suspense while you describe every molecule of the home. Watch some other videos to see how they do it. I couldn't finish the video because I lost interest. You are too descriptive and the video is too long and painful to watch. I hope this helps.
