Kitchen was amazing! So nice to see a lot more color in a room that we tend to spend so much time in. Plus, the fact its an open floor plan means its open to other areas and that makes it that much more of an eye-catching pleasure to enter and engage in conversation and cooking time with friends and family.

It's very gorgeous my kind of space. Definitely could see my husband and I living here. Now we would definitely do upgrades to make it more modern and update. And I would definitely make that little space n the formal dining room to a wine cellar with that big bar n the living room definitely would need a wine cellar. And I would change that black and white back splash in the kitchen and go for maybe all white marble or something I don't fee that design goes with the color of kitchen cabinets so I would definitely have to change that. But overall lovey my kind of big spacious home. 👍

It's a nice house, no doubt. But my mayor problem with these type of houses is that they take all of the lot size and they have no good space in the backyard. For 2 million and on top of that I got to invest more money to bring 100% to life, I rather look somewhere else. For 2-2.5 million you can find the same square footage house and more lot size in other places or cities. Probably even newer house and more modern. Like I said, is a nice house, not talking about that. Just saying the fact that there's better options out there for the same amount of money you can get more and a 100% house without investing more money on it. Edit: forgot to mention your videos are awesome, love them.

When you enterted the property by the sliding doors, I immediately realized the tinted windows would be a no from me, since it blocks natural sunlight from coming in and theres nothing better that a bright and light home! 🏡 😍 out of all of the houses your reviewed Id say this one would be the one Id be considering the most if I was to decide on buying a house, it truly is immaculate ( except the tinted windows ) 🥰

I would be dangerous if I was wealthy like a Bezos..... WOW, very nice....did well aging from 2005 to now, I graduate in 2005 from Highschool so its not old....I see not much I will have to upgrade.....knocking off 120K for new AC/Heating (entire system has to go and be redesigned) that should cover the engineer, the hardline tubing for the unit, pulse dehumidifier/humidifier with special filtration system with higher R value, and other miscellaneous things such as a possibility of electrical systems needing an upgrade for the new unit, 25K for the wine area next to the dinning area, 100K for the deferred maintenance and house water and filtration systems...which includes the pool. The in-law area is possibly on it's own from the junction box and turned off, would have to look at it to know if that's true if its a major issue then knocking off an additional 100K for entire re-wiring of the home. It may be turned off for that part of the home and have its own power setup for the entire area separate AC/Heating so the in-laws or AirBnB can be confrontable....not sure if AirBnB is going to be a thing now unless the AirBnB is detected and have a certified cleaning personal team with chems cleaning it for viruses and other germs. I like the iron gate at the top of the stairs...my nieces and nephews can't break that down like a cheap child gate at the top of some stairs. This is one built for me that's actually not modern on the exterior which is fine because it will deal with the test of time with the interior having such high 12ft ceilings its easier to update over time.....1.5 - 1.6 Million is a great price for the home...its not exactly what I want but for a 2 story DAMN....I am glad I didn't purchase a home yet. Now all I have to do is hope none buy it for a year and come up with the money....looking at price drops to come in the housing market and these homes should be fine if it really gets bad like the last time where people broke into homes to steal copper and other items to sell....it has a guard gate and keyed access to this particular area and if a Bank ends up having a majority of the homes due to foreclosures hopefully they sell to a property management juggernaut that will protect the properties for the few who may still be able to afford a higher cost of living with everything around them falling apart....hints why I open with I would be dangerous if I was wealthy like a Bezos.....I would buy up all the properties and become one of the biggest restate entities in the world...also would buy up all the land around it to build homes of a higher value to keep my property at a higher value....each new home would have to have an acer of land....not sure how much land is available around this area that's not developed but still at 1.5 million its a bit much for the area.....just a ponder but really a wonderful home.

Sumeet Bal the reason it’s still on the market can be 1 of 3 things 1 PRICED TO HIGH BASED ON MARKET VALUE 2. Buyers are not able to get the loan due to the new rules of lending (higher down payment , higher credit score) 3. HOA IS TO HIGH

Thecashhousebuyersteam H I’m guessing number 1 which rolls into number 2. That house has been completely remodeled and I doubt many of the neighbors have been. So that would make a house those sizes any easy $300k to $400k+ price difference. So if the neighbors house was 1.6 and I had $400k more to drop on a remodel, I would definitely pick the cheaper one and choose the upgrades myself. Because there is gonna be such a big difference on the selling prices the bank definitely won’t appraise it for 2 mill. It’s funny just the taxes if broken down into monthly payments is the same amount as my monthly mortgage. One day I will be able to build something like this.

For 2 mil... the kitchen is a disappointment... the kitchen would be so much better if the cabinets were a matte black. 16:50 I would put in a pool or air hockey table and make that back part a liquor display room I would also get rid of the fireplace and that builtin. get rid of the shelving above it and put a fireplace under that counter top. 24:40 the lockable iron gate is GENIUS!!! lock it when you have an event and guests can wander through the house

The best of all the resale homes you have shown. Great steel front gate and lovely backyard. While I love the idea of lacquered colored kitchen cabinets, this particular color is one I would have a hard time living with. Then you combine that with the busy 2-color wall tile and it's all too much. Still, great house overall.
