Basically flower ke stamen ke uper anther hota or anther ke andar Jo powdery material hota wo pollen hote hai. Anther or pollen culture me hm pollen ko hi culture karte lekin Dono ko culture karne ka method different hai anther culture me hm anther ke natural habitat ko disturb kye begair culture karte or pollen culture me hm anther se pollen nikalte hai phir us ko culture karte hai Tu anther or pollen culture me hm pollen ko culture krte tu is tara se ye same hai... lekin in dono ko culture krne ka method different hai is liye dono ko alag alag culture kr ke bataya hai.
