I’m born and raised in Chicago, on the south side. I’ve seen 95% of this city. Chicago is so big that you can see the entire city of Chicago and still haven’t visited all of Chicago. I love Chicago, I love my home. It’s not as bad and the media portrays. Some people have had different experiences. I come from a middle class neighborhood on the south side and I haven’t had anything traumatic happen. It’s so many different parts of Chicago. Most Chicagoans never really encounter hate or violence but it depends on where you’re from. Chicago has extremely wealthy neighborhoods and there are extremely poor. The poor are unfortunately most African American and Hispanic neighborhoods that have crime. But people need to stop with the “Chicago murder” “Chicago killing” Chicago is no different from Any other metropolitan city which a diverse demographic of people.

Yes, we, Chicago people are nice people. Our food selections here are really nice. And yes, there are a lot of Chicago people how do not like any bull shit. There use to be a old hotel bar i would go to that was next to a machine shop Both were turned into one large restuarant And had machine parts into the concrete flooring Cogs and wenches etc Al capone use to pick up booze from a dumb waiter in the back of the place The basement that had low arching ceilings for wine and gin barrels is now dinner tables you slide into There was also a hidden door with a small dance floor and mini bar with the "Top shelf" stuff served Even deep dish pizza....However Its in Canada
